Happy Birthday and Merry Christmas Froggy -
Quote:IMO you don't need it. Inv is a very solid set without it. I don't have it and will probably never get it on any of my characters. As is my main is "unstoppable" without it.The only reason I suggested it as a toggle or "hybrid" is for the reason, that since the crash is so sever I build my tank to handle all situations without it, id only ever use unstoppable if I cant handle an av's aggro alone, since I can tank all but malaise and LR in a STF alone id use unstoppable but its not like tthe team will kill the red and blue tower in time meaning the power is fail. What good is a click power you dont really need wen you can io a build to tank everything without it. Back in the so days it was viable bit now outdated (of coarse this is my opinion) im sure there are others that disagree? HYBRID FTW

Damn.
Take care. You will be missed.
Questions huh?

Quote:Got your package today. The cookies are wonderful. What's the time delay in the poison? So far neither I or the kids are showing any symptoms, and that has me a bit worried. I'm looking up more exotic poisons now.I just sent out my cards today. I hope and pray that everything arrives safely.
Quote:Mine went out Thursday, so they should (hopefully) start arriving anytime.
Quote:Went to the post office this morning to mail all my cards (yeah me!)
Do you want any of the bills it was sitting with? -
And an E-Card just for the guys and gals of Protector!
Merry Christmas Everyone!
And a Happy New Year. -

I always thought stone was second to Invulnerable...

Welcome back, always nice to see an old familiar face.
It's like an early Christmas present. -
I have to admit, I like Mentals card. First thing I noticed when I opened it was the gold bar in the envelope. It was shiny, and gold. Also a very nice card.
Static Bang and Ms Fortuna's card came today also. Very nice, very christmassy. it had sparkles.
Finally I got Ivan and Lillians card. Loved the poem. Sorry to hear about lillian, she really should have been wearing a face mask and gloves when she opened the card.
Thank you all. they are all going in a place of honor (back yard, lead lined ammo can, 2 1/2 feet deep). -
I stood by the flag, hidden from sight.
Here to discern, and see what I might.
And these are my observations, that I did write
It came without warning, without fanfare or light.
It came without bells, or whistles, or anything visible to sight.
It came like a stalker getting ready to strike.
At midnight it came, with hardly a hum, or nearly a shiver.
It was all darkness and night, an invisible sliver.
Then with a shake, and just a bit of a quiver,
It grew and grew till it could grow no more.
Atop the globe in atlas it shivered and quivered until something tore.
Then with a creak, and a bit of a squeak, it opened, like a door.
Then from within, he emerged into the night
He made not a sound, but boy what a sight.
He was all armored in gold, all shiny and bright.
He stepped to the globe, gleaming like a sprite.
He would have been blinding, if it werent for the night.
First he looked up, and then he looked down.
Then he looked far, and then he looked around.
I dont know what he saw in tiny Protector town.
But he started to laugh, a kind of malevolent chuckle.
Robbers, and purse snatchers, vandals did hear.
Obviously they were under his gold plated knuckle.
For they came running, from far and from near.
Then they stooped and they bowed before his gold plated buckle.
He shook, when he chuckled, down to his gold plated toes.
Then he reached into the door, and pulled out boxes, and boxes galore.
They hummed, and they glowed, and they had ribbons and bows.
He passed them out by tens, and by twenties, and still they clamored for more.
Take them he said; Place them on roofs, in alleys and rows.
The presents are all filled with wintery delights.
Winter Lords! Snow Beasts! Frostlings and Blights!
They guffled, and they chuckled in their mutual delight.
Then gathered up presents and ran off into the night.
All of Protector was in for a wintery fright.
All through the night they labored, with their Christmassy deceits.
Presents were left in every zone, on roofs, in alleys, and on wide open streets.
The presents all hummed and glowed, all alluring and sweet.
Sitting and waiting for victims to open like treats.
His plan was diabolical, and clever, and really quite frightening.
He and his minions, moved like lightning.
They finished in time, although it was tightening.
He stepped back through his door as the sky began brightening
He left poor Protector all aglow with his Christmassy lights.
I heard him exclaim as he disappeared from sight.
Merry Christmas Protector, I hope you enjoy my wintery delights.
With my observations done,
I pull out my scroll,
And moved him up to number one.
I needed to return to the North Pole,
For I have much work to get done.
And I need to get enough coal,
To deliver a truckload for one.
********************
In all seriousness Protector, have a very Merry Christmas, may it be a joyous one.

Looks like I'm getting an early (or is it late?) Christmas Present.
I just found out that I was put in for, and received a time off award for 4 days off.
It was approved back on January 3rd of last year this year...
It appears that the policy is that you cannot tell the employee that they were submitted for an award. If it’s a cash award you get it in your pay, automatically. But a time off award... unless you know where to look in government web sites you just don’t know.
I have to use it before the end of the year. So I’m taking the next 4 days off.
Also just checked the mail... Kids were home for hours, and didn't check. Darn kids why did I have them anyway?
I got a nice sock that I'm hanging on the fireplace right next to the big ones. Thank you very much Cavern & Pax it's wonderful.
I've also learned that I need to go back to school and relearn Geography. Never knew that New Zealand was part of Iowa. Thank you Comrade Hero it's a wonderful card.

p.s.
I tried to get a different quote on everyone's candy bar. but frankly I ran out of ideas after a dozen or so. -
Quote:had I known you had kids I would have sent more. apologizesI did too, and must admit I'm impressed with the way they were both able to combine à-la-Voltron to form an even bigger, more complex result.
Well done.
The kids loved the little extras you also sent.
I had them fight over who got which through a friendly little joust using daqtaghs. -

That's what I forgot. String.
You kept the old one? -
Oh that reminds me. I forgot to mention. I'm sure you've all heard of Scratch and sniff, well my cards are more of a lick and taste...
Chocolate.
yum... -
Quote:Probably not a good idea. It would raise your insurance premiums.I got Kid and Nomme's card, thanks. And a strange little box post marked from VA. Thanks G.A. When I opened the box there was snow inside! Or at least I think it was snow. It was white and powdery, so it must be snow right?
Do you think I should go to the hopistal?
