That "doppelganger" idea has been suggested here for quite a while - some sort of creature that can copy your powers, and possibly even your look too.
It'd be awesome as an invasion event too - duplicates of every Hero in the zone start attacking NPCs and real Heroes - it'd be madness on the streets

Didn't I read a couple of years back that the devs were never ("never") going to do any more redside-only content? Something was said about any new content was always going to be content both sides could use, because (I presume) they didn't want there to be content that skipped half the player base (not that it's evenly split, really).

I think it's very unlikely that they'd be that far ahead of schedule on GR that they could deliver an unplanned full-sized Issue - so it might be better if we set our expectations for something like I15, as far as content goes.

May would be around the 6th anniversary - so it would be a good time to have a big publicity splash - a 6-year old game releasing a new expansion gives a good impression of continuing success, I think.

So if i understand this correct from what ive read, i cannot make a Praetorian kheldian? That really blows, was hoping to make the Praetorian version of my peacebringer a warshade. This really kills Going Rogue for me a bit.
I think the main reason the Kheldians are being excluded is because while they could be worked into the Praetorian backstory, the VEATs can't be, so it's only fair that neither side should be able to start their EATs there. -
