Perhaps though to help transition, they allow folks who pre-order to save a name on a server & if you say said name is tied to a toon thats 50, you start at lvl 2? or 3?

I think it's very likely that they'd give some kind of bonus for current CoH players.
Also, when you say a fresh start, do you mean not setting it in Paragon City and the Rogue Isles? Or do you just mean having some huge event that changed the look of the city, to explain away the new version? Like City Hall and the Atlas statue are pretty iconic in the game, and I think it'd be better to keep those in a revamped/rebuilt Atlas Park, rather than make it a totally different place. -

I'm not too excited, having to start afresh will be a bit much. I would rather they do a massive engine update and add a TON more stuff (zones, missions, etc.) If my SG switches, then so will I. But i would rather not have to go through all that.

b) Characters like the Honoree, which are built to be fought by teams and/or are supposed to require TF-specific temp powers to fight, should not be available in the MA in the first place. At least not until we have the ability to gate arcs by actual team size.

I was invited to one of these last week and it is obviously an exploit. The poor monster never stands a chance as he normally is perma held and debuffed. I really felt sorry for the poor thing to be abused like that. I even told several people on the team that they should be expecting the nerf to come real soon.

What does this have to do with anything?
Now you have to wait for them to become targetable before you can defeat them again, which should help to slow people down a bit. -
