There'd need to be sound effects too - each time you moved, there'd need to be a noise like rubbing a balloon.

You can use them to buy purples or other rare recipes, and you turn them at Fort Tridet if you're a Hero, and the Crucible if you're a Villain.

If they're still going with the idea of 10 Incarnate slots rolled out over several Issues, then it could be a while before they have enough data to decide what changes they need to make to PvP to balance it for Incarnates.

I think giving us animatad hair is the only fitting compensation for a mistake of this size.

Quote:Ooh, that sounds interesting - so will normal non-Praetorians still get a moral choice on the two arcs or not? And are the Praetorian text choices designed for all the Praetorian paths? Like will a Crusader get a differnt text choice from a Warden?Hey everyone,
Dr. Aeon here to clarify a misconception from earlier in this thread. There is 1 hero arc and 1 villain arc for levels 20-29 being released for Issue 19. Praetorians and Primal Earth characters will have different dialog tree options for these arcs. -
They should invite Lady Gaga onto Sesame Street - she calls herself Mother Monster and her fans Little Monsters, so she'd like Grover

I only have one avatar, so the answer is "the same as usual "

Or Mender Ramiel could be working to his own agenda, and not totally obeying Silos.
-
I think curing Hero 1 might need some uncorrupted Hero 1 DNA - from his Praetorian version, for example

Going by the I19 sceenshots we've seen so far, it doesn't look like breaking down Ouroboros is such a nice idea

That's assuming the letter writer isn't telling us lies
-
One thing that might show Silos isn't evil is the fact that the Menders are the ones we get access to the alpha slot from - it'd be kinda weird if every hero had to unlock this new level of power via an evil organization.

There were too many cameras there - Black Pebble had to radio to his elite ninja snipers to hold fire.

Quote:The letter writer says the only differnce between Silos and the Coming Storm is that one of them is at least open about wanting to destroy the universe - but then the letter writer has teamed up with Protean, who's one of the nastiest villains around - plus, the tone he writes in is rather creepy - so right now, it's hard to know who to trustI agree. Hell, if I had a fictional-character-crush on anyone from this game it's probably Nemesis, so yeah, I REALLY want him to secretly be one of the good guys in my silly romantic fangirl head.

The new Mender Ramiel arc might give us a few more clues

Praetoria is an alternative universe - not a mirror one - so not everyone still exists in both unvierses, or has the opposite morality - for example, Penny Yin is good in both universes, and Recluse only exists in one of them.

Quote:At the I19 panel the other day they did mention that they'd look at PvP once the Incarnate slots were rolled out so they could see what effect they were having on PvP.I was in RV on Freedom when Lighthouse made his last visit with his Elec Brute named Darkhouse. He was even invited to the team I was on. It was funny see a tidal wave of heroes jump on him everytime. It was after he made that statement about PvP that cause him to leave CoH. It is nice to see a Mod, Dev, or whatever in the PvP zone and show the support for the PvP community. We are a small group compared to the PvE community and I hope they are doing something to increase our numbers.
War Witch also said she didn't want to promise anything until it was "95% done", to avoid complaints if something she said they were working on turned out to be too hard to actually do. -

Quote:The major difference is that we've seen that Tyrant is naughty - the only thing we've really got to go on for thinking Silos is naughty is his nameFirst you're telling me that Emperor Cole is irrevocably evil, and now you want us to believe that Mender Silos is not? You got it all wrong!

It's kinda like if Praetoria had been intorduced to us before Statesman, and then Statesman was added later, we'd all be suspicious about him because he's an alternative version of Tyrant. -
I think an ancient Egyptian zone would also be very cool.
