As Beaststyle doesn't seem to have given us a thread in the Discussion area for this, here are the WSTs for March:
March 1st to March 7th - Alpha Strike (from Apex in the Rikti War Zone)
March 8th to March 14 - Soul of the Woodsman (from Numina in Founders' Falls) / The Crystal of Serafina (from Ice Mistral in St. Martial)
March 15th to March 21st - Time's Arrow (from Imperious in Cimerora)
March 22nd to March 28th - The Praetorian Offensive (from Tin Mage Mark II in the Rikti War Zone)
March 29th to April 4th - Following Countess Crey (from Manticore in Brickstown) / The Temple of the Waters (from Operative Renault in Sharkhead Isle)
Still no Katie

Quote:Actually, that's a change from before - when I13 first came out, they said they were happy with it - based on how a lot of non-PvPers were trying out the new system.and "we're just too pig-headed to admit the pvp revamp was a massive failure and simply revert the changes, so we'll leave it in its current condition - dead".
But now they've realized that the changes weren't enough to tempt non-PvPers to stick with PvPing. -
This bit makes it sound like there might be some Incarnate story arcs too:
Quote:The Incarnate System will be a major feature of our game going forward: some of this will be by telling surprising stories throughout the game about what it means to be "Incarnate," some of it will be in ongoing expansions of the accessible challenges posed by the Incarnate Trials that make up our end-game, and some will be in delivering new ways to experience the raw power of being Incarnate, with new abilities and new ways to use your existing powers. -
Quote:I was genuinely hoping he'd address PvP... I don't pvp anymore but I used to do it very casually before i13.
Sigh.
Well, "we have made some changes in the past that didn't end up the way we wanted them to" is admitting that I13 didn't quite work out as planned

I'd like Atlas Park to have more fountains at the plaza, and for the "wild" look of the parks to be changed into a more landscaped look.

It should only be unlocked if you disturb catgirls in Pocket D.
-
It does add up to 60 pieces - there are no rodent or reptile parts in this particular animal pack.
They did make some crocodile parts, but those were cut for future use. -
Quote:I like the war walls too - and I think that if they did merge the zones, it would be nice to keep the walls around most of the hazard zones, as a way of containing the gangs there.Ok I'm might get a bit of flak from this but, personally I like War Walls. It helps achieve the feeling that there is always a constant threat occurring and the war walls are there to help defend Paragon.
Hell even one of the badge missions asks you to help prevent Malta from nuking War Walls to kingdom come. While yeah the whole "rikti threat" is a bit redundant (especially on Freedom and Virtue due to the LGTF spam
) due to the rikti being able to shut them down. It still helps keep other threats at bay i.e. Devouring Earth (to an extent) Family getting into Terra Volta, Arachnos invasion hordes, etc. -

One of my favorite funny lines:
Quote:Two of my favorite unfunny lines:“I assure you, my good man, Nemesis is most definitely 'down with the street' Word up, my homie, as it were.”
Quote:"This is the last, best, final program by Aaron Walker himself" Quote:"It's up to you...You have two worlds...to defend now..." -

I just counted - I have 11 free slots on each server, plus it says I have 9 I can redeem
-

Actually, we have no idea of they've done any revamping work on the zones or not - it's a big job, so even if they started work on it right after GR came out, they still might not be done yet.
-
As far as I know, the Bug Hunter badge is only given out for game breaking bugs - the kind that make them take the servers down at once to fix the problem.
-
When I say merge Terra Volta and Independence Port, I don't mean to keep the Terra Volta area the same size as it is now - it has quite a bit of filler that could be trimmed without losing any of the unique feature sof the zone, like Gordon Trench and the Reactor.
Plus, I also don't mean to keep it as an island - I mean make it occupy the whole southern end of IP, making the actual port area smaller and easier to travel around. -
-
I think any removal of the war walls to introduce Praetoria-style merging zones would only happen if they were planning to revamp the entire city, as the zones don't actually fit together - there's quite a bit of empty space between them, which would need to be filled.
-
Actaully, I think this is still a semi-costume contest - if they're picking out 3 people per server, it's likely they'll pick people who have eye-catching avatars or have something about their outfit that they like - they're not asking everyone to line up to be juidge this time, but they might be just scanning the room for 3 costumes they like instead.
-
I think they might visit most instances of Pocket D on Virtue, as it's their last stop for the evening, and it's the unoffical furry capital of the multiverse - so people who haven't had a chance to get the codes yet should probably think about making an avatar on Virtue right now, and then try and get in early to the D.
-
There's also their art decision to try and limit the more outrageous costumes that we can make here, so as to keep player outfits matching to the art style of the content.
I'd also heard something about the PS3 having a harder time than a PC when it came to rendering lots of diverse costumes and body shapes, so limiting what players could wear and what shapes they could be would help the PS3 sync with the PC. -
Quote:Have you actually attended one of the Pocket D parties this evening? You don't even need fast reaction skills for thoseIf by that you mean the Test Server...then no, actually, I can't. Wanna know why? Because the EU test server isn't letting people in! So, waddayaknow! Maybe I woulda done, but I can't. Woop de-frig.
