I think that cog aura will probably be used more on robot avatars than organic ones - unless they're wearing robot style armor
And even though I think the whole steampunk look - not just CoH, but as a style in general - is ugly and clunky, I think they're done an awesome job to capture that look for this costume pack, and I'll totally be getting it to help support the game

When City of Villains first came out, the writers seem to have expected us to want to serve Lord Recluse and be his eternal lackey with no ambition beyond that. Once some of us realised this, we were quite upset at this indignity. Now Praetorian Earth is doing the opposite - it's painting us as independent characters wanting out from under Cole, rather than wanting to serve him.

They already said on the UStream chat that the Omega slot isn't the end of the Incarnate system, - there's stuff above and beyond it, so the tree is going to keep on growing

For someone as iconic as Superman, it doesn't actually matter what DC does withn him - they don't really own him anymore, or have any real control over his presence in popular culture.
If DC went out of business tomorrow, it'd affect Superman the comicbook character, but it wouldn't actually have any noticable effect on Superman the American icon. -

As far as Positron and Numina, I'm sort of Meh to the whole thing. Numina is a bit of a cypher. Her story is pretty undeveloped beyond her origin story, but you can say that about 80% of the characters in the game.

I'd still rather have 20 zones we use than 900 zones and we only use 5 of them. Meaning, I'd rather they work on existing zones nobody goes to before adding more new ones. Still, I'll withhold judgement to see what it is.

35-50 Praetorian co-op zone would seem to be the most likely one - we already know from GR that kthe co-op freindly Vanguard have said they're going to establish a forward base in Paretoria, and Prometheus says on the Lambda Trial that hitting Tyrant's military power will give the Primal Earth heroes and villains a freer hand to act in Praetoria - so story-wise, they've set up logical progression of our involvement in Praetoria, from hit and run attacks like Lambda Sector and the TMTF to an established presence to take the fight right to Tyrant in his own backyard.
