Actually, I think they're all written by Dr. Aeon. I know he's the main writer for First Ward and Dark Astoria, and I've heard he was involved in the SSAs.

This is what I was hoping for. In my head without doing Arcana level math this should bring the solo speeds to about 1/10th or so and it won't decay as it did over time the old way.
This is what we asked for on Beta and I am very happy they did it and I said I would apologize and I do so now. This is more than I expected as I actually thought they would just bump Threads from 3-5 and an Emp + 10 threads makes this a truly viable solo method.
Now you will have a roughly (in my head math) a rate of hours to days. So if in Trials it would take you 20 hours to achieve it would take you 20 days and that is a fair rate for solo progression in my opinion.
I could see them dropping the thread rate to 5 instead of 10 and that would have far less impact than the Emp.

Not only are dinosaurs a classic comicbook theme, they'd also make sense gameplay-wise - with the 4-legged rig, they're really the only thing that could fit the description of a Giant Monster that could use it

Making all the street mobs have invasion spawn code wouldn't have to mean that they'd need to have extra powers - it'd be a way of showing how powerful you were as you levelled up by keeping them with their basic powers.

They've posted the wrong patch notes before, but it's usually just the ones for the next build coming down the line, and when it's pointed out to them they acknowledge it and edit them.
But for the animal pack note, they just edited them, and then deleted every quote of the lizard/crocodile part, and acted as if the mistake had never been there at all.
And it's not like it could have been a misprint either - plus, the lizard parts were at the stage where they were included in the internal patch notes, so they do exist - and it's unlikely that the devs will let the time and effort spent on them go to waste
