If you want my 2 cents, roll a fire/psy domi, get perma dom and farm Battle For Television mission in 18 minutes solo with 7 man spawn. That's powerlevel.

We still looking for arena PvP! Whether it be live (Union) or on Test Server. Can do team sizes of any, times/dates can be arranged just send me a PM if interested!

To get domination 'PERMA' it doesn't just invole having a recharge time under 90 seconds. That's all well and good but when hasten is down you ain't gonna get it perma dom. You need to work it so you add the downtime on hasten onto the recharge of dom, so then you can stack dom, and keep your domination bar full. Yeah I just woke up and that probably makes no sense.

My fire/psy has 95% +Recharge from sets and I can stack domination easily for 10 seconds. Hasten is 3 seconds off perma too.

Duration = 90 Seconds

Recharge Time = 75.5s

Cast Time = 1.17s

Troller dom? They need to apply one hold to go over acro, as they are of a high mag. Defenders/Blasters/Tankers with holds are weaker mag so they require 2.

I think regens are cake in duels versus a decent troller tbh. Specially /rad or /kin and most stormies will own regens too.
