Quote:Holy crap the last mission sucks.. lol.. trying it on my Fire/Kin... that mez is annoyingYou'll love the first mish. Not going to spoil it for you though.
The next two missions can be...QUITE challenging.
The final mish is somewhat tough, but nothing too horrendous.
This unlocks your Alpha incarnate slot and gets you your first shard.
You can use them to build special global enhancers for the slot. -
Where can I check for the Vender for these? feel like im picking up this game for the first time again... -_-
-
Quote:That would be one of my issues... I know I will want one of those purples or rare drops... so I dont sell em... the reason Im trying to make the infl in the first place is so I can buy some of these drops... so why sell it if I will just want to buy it later? = /Example, was just tooling around killing junk and a purple dropped. I checked it, hmmmm. armageddon. 600 mil inf.
Remember, the high prices on the market favor the poor. Why? We don't buy, we sell. When we get a high priced item from a drop, we get more inf that we can reasonably spend unless we're buying really really sought after junk on the market, which we can just get anyways through playing the game.
I dont get it.. if all people need to do is run the Alignments and get the recipes.. why pay so much for em/... is it not a guarenteed thing off the vender/.. like the AE drop pools? -
lmao.. helpful ty...
Quote:Alignment merits are probably the most reliable way to make INF, and are great for people with limited (1-2hrs/day) play time. Save up 30 and buy a Gladiator's 3% defense, then sell it for 2-3 billion, or sell other expensive IOs like Luck of the Gambler global recharge. -
Thanks for the info and Replys..
and Wow... so fire/kins have made it this far?... I would have thought they would be replaced by now... When last I played there was a HUGE influx of Electric/Shield scrappers and looked like Kins were a thing of the past... I almost havea good kin build going... think I need a few more Sets to do more dmg and have a faster recharge.. but I havent looked at it in a while... As for marketin.. its hard for me... I tend to be a pack rat... I currently have like 6-7 purples that Im not useing.. I could sell them.. but I know Ill want them later and they will be 3x more expencive later.. a recipe was 80k when I last played, now they are 600k... I bought some GoTA +7.5% Run recipes for 1-5k last night, and I know the crafted IO will sell for over a mill... but I wanna keep em and use em on my Stone tanker.. = / Altaholics need as many IO's as they can get.. and my A.D.D. makes me play a lot of different toons unless im map farming... then my brain can go anywhere it wants and my hands are on autopilot.. lol -
Im just Returning from about a 2 yr break.. I have Rogue... Just wondering what a good Build and Map Farm would be to gather Infl.. The prices of some of the IO's are kinda crazy now.. so I need to make some bank.. and Just a heads up.. I suck at Auction flipping... Mindless map farming I can do no problem
-
wow... thats a lot of Hami's..
-
Any suggestions for a Stone/Dark out there?
-
So these new fire farms.. are they AE only?.. or are there some that you can actually get purples off of?
-
I run a Stone/Dark.. been at 42 or 48.. something in that range for a while... never solo'd anything cuz it was just too damn slow.. Just came back after about a 2yr break
-
Quote:Could you guys maybe post links to your builds?... I wouldnt mind seeing some of theseMine is a quite fast runner : 28.7mph with only Granite, 15.8 mph with Granite and Rooted on.
This is doable with 45+ def to all types of damages protected by Granite.
. -
Thanks for the posts, yea.. I sloted the kinetic combats purly for the defence the set provided for S/L and melee.. Just wondering.. doesnt burn just get you out of holds?... why is that so important?... you can just use insperations for that..
-
Im just coming back after about a 2 year break.. I keep playing for a year, then off a year or two, then playing again. Now that im back again, Fire runs seem to be the new thing to be doing.. Not sure why that is.. but.. if anyone wants to fill me in, that would be nice =) but anyway.. I decided to dust off my old Fire/Warmace tanker and see if I could fix her up and maybe try some of these runs... with the fitness tree gone, I got more abilities, but that played hell on my slotting.. I worked on it best I could.. but a lot has changed, and I was never much the best at Mids planning.. whenever I thought I had a good build.. I always found a better and usually cheaper one... so.. any help would be welcome

Hiya CoX.. Just started playing again after a year off, was just wondering, if anyone can gimme a few places to grind with the most critter kills per hour.. I know it depends on what AT you bring ect.. but assuming its fast killing and such.. where are some nice spots/missions to go at 50 or high 40's?
-
ahhh.. I havent done the badge list thing.. Thanks a lot.. that helps a ton XD
-
I just got my 9 Month Vet Reward badge, and didnt get any Respecs with it.. all my toons have the respec that came with I15 but thats it.. well.. two of my toons also have respecs from the Trial that havent been used, but... am I missing something?.. shouldnt I have extra respecs?
"At this point players receive the first Respec for all their characters. This respec is separate from the In-Game respecs and the “Freespecs” given out during special events. This respec is given to characters current and new, simply for having an active account for nine months or more. " -
Jesus ... Can you post the Build you Use on That Kin?... I just changed a few things around on that stone build and am only at about 45% S/L defense, 13.5% psi defense, 162% recharge(with hasten.. 92.5% without) 0% to hit bonus.. I would LOVE to see what you did to get those numbers
-
if I drop leaping, ill have no travel powers = ( I tried having Leadership instead of Fighting, but I couldnt get the Defense as high as I would like. Also.. the End consumption from leadership is a bit much I think.. just out of curiosity.. how much Accuracy = 1% to hit chance? or is it just 1:1 ? and Blaze.. send me an email.. my Global is the same as my Handle..
Ive dropped Acrobats and took SB, then slotted KB into stone armor -
Any suggestions on the builds I posted by chance?
-
Lets see.. Creative names... I have a dark melee/Electric armor Brute named Thundering Twilight I liked that one.. An Illu/Rad named "Imagine This"... one of my favorites is.. "Homeless old Guy" and "Scarred Psyche"... and one that is kinda nice.. but sadly the toon has been a lvl 10 for years.. "Embodied Darkness"
all on freedom.. which makes me happy cuz its a high pop server -
This one is with Ice... im not sure wich is more dmg efficient or if either of them are..

Wow.. 33% def and a 70% resist?.. Can you post that?.. Ive found two builds with the 45% defense cap, ant the damage "looks" good, but there kinda expensive cuz I was trying to get as much recharge as I could.. posting the builds after this post...
FYI: In one build I have Speed Boost, and in the Other I replaced it with Acrobatics to prevent Knockback/down... I wasnt sure which I should grab.. most people love a kin for the SB, but as a Farming toon, that resist KB/KD is awsome -
Just a random question.. Ive been using Mids for the longest time.. what program is CoD and where can i find it?
