I have never seen another elec/dev. I don't really think it's a weak build either I think people just hate/don't know how to use the sets <_<.

I would look at /dev for a solo blaster, because of tripmines and cloaking device and to an extent web grenade. If you want to know more send me a PM or look through the above mentioned link.

True it is not a hold, but it does normally take all or most of an a groups end which to me is just as good.

I would never have my elec/dev without short circuit. It is an awsome "Oh NO they're to close power!" and helps me solo bosses.

If they don't have end they can't hit me.
