Q) How does Miss Ellie's armour work?
A) Miss Ellie is a human/kheldian/cat combined being. The form you see is only the form she's wearing at the time. Like all kheldians, she can alter her quantum matrix to take on other forms. Her armoured form is a mix of her cat fur (normally hidden), coated with an incredibly tough yet flexible energy armour which can and has protected her from explosions of up to 10 pounds of C4 at point blank range (Though she did get a rather nasty nosebleed from the shockwave). Unfortunately, as the armour is comprised of kheldian energy, it cannot protect her from Quantum Array weaponry, which is specifically designed to disrupt a Kheldians energy matrix.

Q) How do Miss Ellie's senses work?
A) Miss Ellie has all the enhanced senses of a cat, as well as those of a kheldian. That means greatly enhanced hearing, smell and sight, as well as being able to see a persons bioenergy field (or aura if you prefer). Unlike cats, she see's in colour unless she's working in the dark, in which case her vision becomes monochromatic but does give her excellent night vision.

These enhanced senses DO also cause her several problems. She can be disorentated by loud high frequency sounds and noxious odours. A bright light in the dark will also dazzle her. She also only has these enhanced senses (except the aura vision) when in human form.

(( The enhanced hearing means she WILL hear anything said in local range, even whispers... So remember those tells people! She could start one hell of a gossip column with some of the things she's overheard! ))

Q) What are her weaknesses?
A) One cannot have a powerful character without weaknesses. Ellie has several.
* Quantum Array weaponry
* High frequency sound
* Bright light when in a dark environment
* Strong noxious odours
* Catnip!
* Balls of yarn
* Her tail, which is very sensitive if not armoured
* Kids... She's scared spitless of kids...

For people still after rooms.. The Travel Inn Bristol (Haymarket) still has rooms, and it's just over a mile from the expo. Just booked a twin for the Saturday night at £69.

Oh, and you can book there right now, without money. All you need is a debit card which they don't deduct from as you pay on arrival.

I'm a quad form (Light form) Though if I have to use it, the poo has really hit the oscilatiing device...

But mainly triform rocks; though at level 42, I find I'm using dwarf form more often then I used too...
