/petition it. 2 weeks ago there was an email rollback and emails were lost and some duplicated. You'll need to tell them who sent the recipes and around what time they were sent.

Bah, sorry I missed this. I was on putzing around with i19. My frad is sitting a half a bar from 50. I'll dedicate the level 50 ding to the frad ST.

So the answer to your specific question is the Gr'ai Matter component.
You can also make one of those with 4 incarnate shards so you don't necessarily need the vanguard merits. -
I agree with the dude that said call your internet company. This is a perfect case where they're actually useful.

i19 on test has had the monkey fix. They couldn't just fix AE because i19 was holding it up.
What a lovely process that is, eh?
So this publish IS i19 and not just the AE fix.
I'm not complaining, I was able to get another 47 toons up to 50. -
I don't have any heat issues and just to be sure I ran it with the case open. I also blew out whatever dust had collected on the inside. I only see the issue on the character selection screen and when I hit the back button. It happened for me after changing the driver version. See my original post above.
I'm kinda butt-hurt that nobody responded to my post on this issue. I'll get over it though. -

Thanks Nemu and Gilia, I'm not sure how far off i19 is so I'm holding off on that planning. I figure I won't have to respec more than once to adjust for it. I like your i19 version of this. Going redside is temping but I'm not planning on doing it anytime soon so I'll stick with Frozen Armor for now.
Underslotting Frozen Armor was very shortsighted of me -- great catch.
I took proton volley for style points but I agree it's skippable even though it is one of the coolest snipes in the game.

Yeah I think they should take full ownership here and restore everything that was lost. They know when the rollback happened so it may just be a case of the Game Masters don't know how to find out the info but the devs may. Maybe someone can give 'em hell in their petition and it'll get escalated to them.
I got lucky and while I did have a ******** of stuff sitting in emails on both accounts I was working on going through all of my toons crafting and storing IOs (about 60 toons). I happened to have finished everything on Wednesday night. Talk about lucky!
But so many people have to have been affected here. We get 60 days to claim them and can send up to 20 items. A lot of people leave stuff on the BM too. Should we be worried about a rollback there as well?
I'm happy I got dupes and I didn't get screwed but I'd be pissed if I lost 30 or so IOs and a few hundred million inf.
GL to those who filed their petitions and who actually know what they lost. GM Grackle's going to be a busy dude. -

We just all need to take screenshots of our emails every night and keep track of who sent it. L O friggin' L.

It's bad when we can't completely trust the email system and need to more closely track our own stuff.
I can't tell them if I lost anything, I emailed a lot of **** accross a lot of toons. -
The result? Duplicate items we get to keep.
EDIT: Ugh, the copy/paste from my NCSoft response got nuked even thought it was helpful. Since I can't copy/paste it, I'll summarize.
- Due to some global maintenance email was rolled back on the morning of November 18th
- If you have items you already claimed show back up in your inbox, keep them
- If you lost items you'll need to know what you lost and who sent them otherwise we can't help you.

fyi and fya, email was rolled back for several toons on Liberty and Virtue (my guess is all servers). Not sure if the net result is duplicates or lost items but it was rolled back.

I know it's integrated and I know it's not the best but it does play the game.
Does anyone have optimal settings for this card? Buddy of mine got a Toshiba Satelite A505 (Windows 7, 4gb RAM, yadda yadda) and I was albe to help him resolve some vent delay issues by having him disable visual themes and desktop composition when running the game. I also told him to run it in windowed mode.
Any feedback other than "boo intel, boo!" is appreciated.

Oh the AE arc, it was done once AE came out just to see what was possible. I haven't touched it since.
My response wasn't to you, it was to the few posting that storm av = failure or the fact that it was a huge waste of time.
It's a challenge, figure it out and beat it.
And I don't think your problem is that you're too sensitive. I think the issue is that yo're too old. I don't think they make a pill for that. -
Here's a unique idea! Find someone that has led a successful raid against the storm AV and sort out the tactics.
No charge for that advice.
