Regearding BJ's rabid generalization, the Association is a big VG. #1 on Liberty. The guys I gather you're talking about were never part of Bloodline.

And I'm sure Bloodline will pickup new talent and fill it out with good players on top of the talent they already have.

This might be a bug. We had 2 people on our team self destruct.

First case:

- The rad blew her own [censored] up! When I tried to click on her in the team Windows, it wouldn't stick.

Second case:

- I blew my own [censored] up! The rad was able to select my name from the team list and rez me.

So I think the [censored] has bugs in it.

Did you apply the code to your account? Check your account details you should see a code with today's date on it. It's called Perk.

If that checks out, try logging out and logging back in.

I bought mine for both of my accounts and I can't even play. I got problems.

Depending on how many rosters are bloated (if they're bloated), maybe there's an opportunity to create another team here. Dark Res and LOLVirtue have dropped recently even though Dark Res hadn't been active for a long time.

I think this is a bad idea, but for a reason I don't think I've seen before in the thread. Selling respec's discourages people from playing the game.

The hero respec trial is a complete joke, as long as the team is sensibly assembled level-wise. I often see the Freak respec's advertised as a farming mission in certain chat channels.

The villain trial, meanwhile, has a real have/have-not factor to it. I'm stunned as I sometimes see coalition mates or people in broadcast complain about failing the trial, or needing Warburg nukes or shivans to finish the mission. My regular group often accomplishes the trial without any difficulty, and when we bring someone new they often say something like "Wow, you make it seem so easy, I've never completed the trial before." It seems to me that there is a real barrier that has grown regarding much of the content in the game.

Offering an easy payment option for a respec just lowers the overall skill of the playerbase.

My VG runs the 3rd respec in 15 minutes. It's easy.

I'd rather have a shared vault for recipes, salvage, ehancements and infamy/influence.

That other MMO over there already has an email system.

And how 'bout a 42 month team teleport that recharges in say 5 minutes?

The ability to do a quick-spec -- just change slots or pull down enhancements/IOs.

I think the part that I am most disappointed in is the $9.99 price for one respec. I have without a qualm used the character move option. Rename I've used a couple of times, also without really blinking at the price because I know that I'll do that exactly once on that character. Purchasable slots I cheered for but for some reason spending $10 for a single respec I balk at. If it were more like purchasing slots where I could get a set I could be distribute at will I would be MUCH happier with it.

Overall I really doubt that I'll have a use for this service. Except for the first couple of characters I ever made I have never exhausted my existing in-game respec options. Still I would like this better if it came as a package and cost me about $5 / respec - or perhaps it could be served with pie and a pony!!
