What are you trying to achieve with this toon? Buff/debuffs and some attacking when you can? Dueling? Soloing in zones? Teaming in zones? A arena/zones buffer hybrid? There is alot of diff things you can do with that type of toon means if you do a jack of all trades you are a master of none... and no offense intended, but those are both horrible builds. If your going to put purples in a build, let alone just normally IO out a build on buffers and other squishies, build for HP and then worry about other things.
Having 2 phase powers in a build is also redundant thanks to the NoPhase you get for using Phase. You cant use a phase power for a certain amount of time (pretty much adds up to by the time Phase is recharged with 1 recharge IO youll be able to use it again). Unless of course your doing something else with the hiber/phase thing.....
Well enough of my ramblings... let me know what more you wanted and Ill see what things I can suggest. -

So are you saying the position in the order of invites actually does matter or did I miss read that? -
Any info on how order of invites to the team factors into priority of who gets what? I know its suppose to be random but from what ive seen (and I have no numbers to back that up.. thats why im asking) and what I have heard that it isnt totally random.... have I heard wrong?

You can earn them from merits, I recieved a Apoc Chance for dmg (lethal IIRC) from the 46-50 Random Trial Reward.

From my understanding the numbers are when there is 1 foe in range of you.
Here are the numbers ill be having in my build because im bored and thought this idea would be pretty cool to try (numbers are factored with the 1 foe in range).
Defense:
54.6% Smash/Lethal defense
39.2% Energy/Negative defense
31.4% Fire/Cold defense
24% Melee
23.4% Range
17.1% AoE
10.9% Psi defense
Resistances:
Smash/Lethal 90% capped
Energy/Negative 15.7%
Fire/Cold 33.8%
I did the Resist Elements route with the idea that the greater Defense in Energy/Negative should hopefully make up for the lack of Resist. (Ya it might be able to be figured out theoretically with just numbers and all but i want to see how it all plays like that.) Other then being a taunt bot tho IMO the build is slightly gimp, but ill take it on a STF and a ITF and a LGTF and see how it does. -
How many and what attacks are you looking to get? This build has its downfall in that to get that kind of defense you have to mainly concentrate on the meat shield aspect, your attacks are def taking a back burner on this.

Here are the numbers for a brute:
38.7% Smash/Lethal defense
31.2% Energy/Negative defense
23.7% Fire/Cold defense
17.5% Melee/Range defense (this covers most Psi damage)
8.9% Psi defense
Your resistances will be something like this:
Smash/Lethal 70.9%
Energy/Negative 23.5%
Fire/Cold 14.3%
Roughly anyway (numbers should be the same for a scrapper as well). you can get a lil more defense if you put another set of the Blessing of the zepher and finish of the other 2 sets for melee/range/aoe, but i dont have a invuln brute to try this type of build on so i dont know that it would be worth the extra slots. For a brute or scrapper tho you partially gimping their damge because of being required to take at least 3 single target attacks and taunt. Dont know if it would be worth the effort to squeeze out the set bonuses from a diff set if you took diff powers but i might be possible. -
well its not a theory.. thats why ppl can get like 130+ recharge in set bonuses... one of my doms has 200% recharge with perma hasten running. i use 5 lotgs, a snipe set, and a few other sets... there was a thread about this earlier (during i13 closed beta) that i and a few others tested using 5 lotgs and 5 sets that offer 7.5% recharge from them (snipe, taunt, KB, and now hold)

no typo.. 10 min edens = 1 merit per 5 mins = 2 merits -
um... why fly? .. and why only 2 slots on siphen speed? and why a slot on siphen power? and why consume? more slots in fire blast would help too for killing those straglers... only 1 slot for hasten?.. recharge is one of the huge +'s in having the kin side... why not damage in hotfeet? better recharge set bonus putting a posi blast in there... and that numina's +/+ would work alot better in health... and then you could put a doc wounds in transfusion instead... jsut a few options ya might wanna look into
