sorry mod... but that dont mean much. If you want to test it right do with with that sorta KB in a DR'd match with stuff trying to knock you.

Im not so sure on the KB thing... back when i13 was a couple months into live i was doing some testing on that and i dont remember how it turned out but it seemed that the KB mag on force bolt and that sorta thing was getting DRed as well.... but honestly cant remember for sure.

That would be the only reason to do no DR... to make other things usable to a greater extent. Otherwise i would never willingly gimp a perfectly fine build by leaving DR on.

idk... i was on a random villian on virtue and there was a WHOLE team of flyers..... made me wish i had IOed the toon out and had a decent build on it... it was sad really

ya if yall decide on doing TS on and any version of DR WITH heal decay... i wouldnt play. TS as it is now is dumb, pre i13 TS made sense. Heal decay... well i thnk you all feel about the same with heal decay... it doesnt matter how good or bad of a emp you are.. if the damage doesnt stop coming there is nothing you can do but phase or die after so much time.

This will be hard to enforce because most builds i would still take the epic just for set bonus'... and banning it like veng (can have in the build for set bonus' but not use it).... can you spot all the epic shields on sight?

PLEASE add arena terminals in each of the pvp zone hospitals.

This will be a HUGE QoL improvement and increase the use of the arena.

Allowing players who fight in the zones to create fair and even arena matches when they want to will be great for the pvp environment in this game.

With DR, they might as well add an inspiration store to go with each terminal too.

this is actually a really really old idea... im guessing the only reason why it hasnt been done is for the RP reason that Blackavaar gave.

While we are at it, add a PVP booster pack that give the equivalent of HP and END accolades as well as archmage, vanguard, and geas temp powers that can be used in arena and zone pvp (but these power cancel each other out so they are not stackable).

Also while we are at it give all accolades to any toons on test and add a IO store (ones that sell IOs, NOT recipes) so that those who like to try builds out on test they dont have to spend a lifetime Duping stuff from live servers.
