My old /sr arena build, i use to drop fitness, for aidself and phase, with ios, you can just alternate elude, once elude dropped pop a blue conserve power then phase, wait for elude, it was pretty unkillable back in the day except for the occasional inferno with 5 reds from a blaster, other then that it was pretty nice, now a days it should work just as good in the arena, dont know about zones since dr hurts recharge pretty good, wouldnt want to wait that long for elude to come back and conserve power

defense was never op, if i remember right, pre geas of a kind nerf, let any nub with the accolade hit thru anytype of defense, dont forget pb aim bu. So some type of change was needed but combined with elusivity and the to hitt cap, it makes some classes almost impossible to hit even with cap to hitt. if elusivity was scaled down a bit, it might not be as annoying

MMs are pretty nasty if you got the expierence and the right build. Although i never lost to a mm on test on my storm, they gave me a hell of a run for my money, that was pre i13, so who knows with this fin issue, but im sure there still viable just like everythin else, might just be a diff play style is all.

I didnt even know the duel ladder was still active, grats on whoever is still organizing it and what not
