Roleplaying isn't sick, but roleplayers often are.

They had some small talk, Hall said he wasn't Sting's partner, they hugged, Kurt Angle demanded to know why Hall was there if he wasn't Sting's partner, Sting stood at the top of the ramp and stared at the ring, the three guys in the ring stared at Sting, show ended.

What surprised me about the main event was how Roode, Storm, Joe, and Young were showed as being equals in the ring with Sting and Angle. If I didn't know better, I'd say TNA was letting us know they'll be giving those four more of a build soon. Or in Samoa Joe's case, again.

They still have James Mitchell as a manager in TNA. Who is awesome.

Sting is 49.

Edit: Too much Angle stuff as usual, but all in all a very solid Impact. Also, make sure to watch the Road to Genesis show this weekend, as they'll be showing the Ultimate X match from Bound For Glory, which was crazy awesome.

Huh, I forgot evil Goldust still exists too.

Although on the plus side, the announcers have been spending about 70% of the matches actually calling it, 10% about the people in the ring's PPV match, and the other 20% talking about what the Angles are doing backstage. That's a huge improvement.

Edit: Kurt Angle's still a little schizophrenic though.. o.o

Edit edit: Scott Steiner still does hilarious promos though.

I could do without the Steiners and Ric Flair. And much as I like Sting and as well as he can still do matches, I'd really rather see TNA's original guys put in the spotlight more. The way they set things up it's like "hey, look at these great TNA guys we have! Look at'em go! Now moving right along to the important matches, we have former WCW and WWE wrestlers!"

The only exception to that is Christian, who is several times better in TNA than he was in WWE.

Edit: Oh yeah, I forget about them whenever they're not on TV to annoy me, but VKM needs to go away somewhere.
