Essentially, you would have a second power list, with separate slotting, which you would use for PVP encounters. This idea is still something we want to investigate.

/sr scrappers beat /ea brutes for ease of capping defense and the usefulness of their def
so... brute with tanker level defenses, with /sr
beats both scrappers and overwhelmingly beats /ea for brutes
they dont hate villains

it seemed to have decent fps for wow... but coh seems to make $4k machines play like $400 machines sometimes

its gotten me killed i dont know how many times

One day while minding my own business I was struck with the idea to try a Brute. Well heck why not? Noone was around to see me and the door to my room was locked so.........
