Have you tried loading into Talos on other servers.
It might well be that Talos on a specific server has a problem.

I'm using an old pc with a GeForce 7600 card, but I've never had any problem before the release of i17.
Now I'm unable to load Talos Island. Yesterday it took me more than a hour to finally succeed in loading the zone, today I just can't enter, and my main is stuck in this sort of limbo.
I load smoothly any other zone, but when I tried to go to Talos with another toon, he got stuck too, so the problem is clearly related to the zone.
NVIDIA drivers are up to date, so I really have no idea how to solve this problem... -
Well, you guys have to understand that some people do have a life, with a job, a family, friends, gym and all that sort of strange stuff, and so they might need a little more than a 2 days notice to plan their in-game time.

First of all, thaks to everybody.
Your suggestions are very useful, since I never tried TA or Archery before and I didn't know, for example, that RoA had a 4 sec activation time.
The 4th Damage in Blazing Arrow is clearly a mistake of mine, that was meant to be a Rech Reduction.

Description: It's basically "Help Little Red Riding Hood to save her grandma from the Big Bad Wolf". You get contacted by the little girl and you are sent in a wood where magic is all around (Croatoa map).
The arc is currently composed of a single mish where you rescue grandma and kill the wolf, but I plan to expand it to a 3-mission arc where you first save the Huntsman and then he sends you to kill the wolf. Critters are wood fairies.
I'd like to have a poster with woods, mist, Little Red Riding Hood on the foreground and fairies on the background.

But it looks like I will need the help of 7 more willing heroes, so don't be shy and join a purple-haired, teenager blaster in her latest adventure.

When: Tuesday, August 8th. 8.30 PM BST

As an additional information, the TF should take no more than 4 hours, allowing us to complete it by 0.30 AM.

Crim, I suggest you craft Tech Powers using Echip salvages (3 Echips=1 Ttech Power) to get the 1000 craftings badge.
I did this way (take a look at the amount of Tech Powers in the base...)

After spending lots of money in the crafting of Memorization Badges, I'm trying now to use the remaining influence for something more useful...
This is an ideal build I created trying to choose those sets where proper enchancements went together with useful bonuses. I say "ideal" because I reckon it wil take quite some time to complete all these sets considering the cost of many of them...

I have some doubts I'd like to have suggestions about:
- How does the regeneration bonus I get from sets work, compared to Health? If I get rid of 2 slots in Health, will they be compensated by the Regeneration bonus?
- What's the best slotting for Shocking Grasp? I'd like to use it as third Hold for EB's and casual PvP, I've never tried it before and it looks quite expensive from the End point of view. Also, it has a long recharge time. Are 4 slots enough or should I add more?
- I'm planning to add a slot to Charged Armor (moving Shocking Grasp to 38, CA to 47 and Recall Friend to 49) to slot it with 5 Aegis Enhances including the Psionic/Status Resistance Unique. Good idea?
- Should I limit the Devastation set to 5 slots, losing the Chance to Hold and the +3,75% Def(Psi)?
- Should I limit Sting of the Manticore to 5 slots, losing the Chance of Toxic Damage and the +3,13% Res(Tox), and maybe use that slot on Scirocco's Dervish for Def(Psi)?
Any other suggestion is welcome. Please just consider that I'm not planning to get rid of Concealment or Recall Friend, because they are quite useful in PvE, and Cute is mainly a PvE toon. -
In Shannon's build I would remove all the EndRed in early powers (there's really no use, especially with Stamina 3-slotted) and maybe replace them with Recharge, to increase the attack rate.
If an there must be an EndRed, I would put it in Thunder Strike.
I play this way and I'm NEVER short of End, not even in the most critical situations.
If you get the Electrical Mastery pool, make sure you get Shocking Bolt and Charged Armor. -
I feel the need to open this thread to apologize with my team mates on today STF.
In the middle of the last mish, a power blackout gave me no chance to come back to the game. I waited for over a hour, but power didn't come back, so in the end I had to give up.
Now I know that the TF failed, and though I don't know if I would have made any difference and that it wasn't my fault at all, I can't help feeling guilty for having 7 other people wasting 3 and more hours of their time. It's never nice seeing everything going in pieces when you are so close to the goal (I've experienced it myself).
So my apologies to Avo, Electronuts, Bovine Avenger, Nano, Nihad and the rest of the team.
Sorry guys, I hope we can have our revenge soon... -

I've always thought that Peacebringer names should relate to stars (and astronomic stuff in general), Warshade ones with shadows. This is the "rule" that NPC's names follow.
My PB is StarLightning. The original idea was Stardust, but it was already taken in any form (one word, two words, dash in the middle...). -
