My last place of employment holds sales contests from time to time, with some rather large prizes. Things like paying your mortgage for a year, free big screen TVs and such, and a few times they gave away cars. To qualify, you just had to meet a sales quota. A friend of mine won the car. He was a horrible salesman. In fact, he just managed to get a single entry into the months long contest.

I bet the company owes everyone who got dozens and hundreds of entries in that contest a car too.

But for those who are getting them... when is delivery?

Also, anyone know what the non-combat pet or chest emblem are gonna look like? I'm assuming the pet's gonna look like the guy in the middle of the promo pic, but not sure about the chest emblem and other stuff.

Let's just chalk this up to "you get what you pay for" in a most literal sense. If you didn't pay for what the free extras comes with, then you don't get the free extras. If I get a free t-shirt with the purchase of a 12 pack of Enriche, and a 12 pack of Enriche costs $60, but instead I spend $600 on other stuff at the Enriche store, I don't get a free t-shirt, because I didn't buy what the free t-shirt comes with.

Now, I can see some concern over those who still want the freedom to purchase the free extras a la carte. After all, from what I can tell those who want to do this buy pretty much EVERYTHING associated with the game a la carte. Well, unfortunately these aren't a la carte items.

I'm a little confused about how this is a fix of an exploit. Don't you have to also be level 10 to email converted enhancements back?

I suppose you could drop them off in SG storage, but then you'd also need a spare VIP account or a tremendously cooperative buddy to keep inviting the new toons in. Or an accomplice who just happens to want to swap out pairs of converter toons at the same time you do. Just seems like too much work. It'd be easier, or just as easy, to find a team to speed run a few TFs for 20 merits and a 1/2 million inf in the same amount of time.

This was all explained in the MotD. But I hear you need the decoder ring souvenir you get from the Dr Aeon TF to read it.

What happens if you do stab Tielekku?

Well, just checked the Flashback missions, and all the DA arcs 1-6 seem to be there, including personal story arcs for the contacts. So my friend must either be blind, or his toon bugged, as he can't find any but arc 6.

If I transfer a character (with the name Dust Raven) from one server to another where I already have a character with the same name (Dust Raven), what happens? Do I get to rename the character for free as I would if it was someone else who had that name, or something else?

This is awesome and something I've been waiting for since Freedom launched.

That back piece is... interesting, though the wing type things seen in the samples Oliin suggested look really good. I might have to pick this up. Not too sure if it's worth spending extra real money to buy the extra reward tokens I'll need to get it right away, but it's something to think about.

I see this as an exclusive reward available only to VIPers. Could someone please post pics of the various pieces. I have no idea what they look like and would rather not spend points on something I'll end up hating. I'm pretty sure I'll love it, I just want to see it all first.
