Having played a number of doms, I would say either a fire/ or plant/ for a dom, and then /psi (it is still good) or /Energy. Either of those go well with eachother. If you want something not dom, dark/ice and elec/thermal cors are also fun.

Actually I have never heard of this happening for either side, I can make epics for red or blue side on any server(provided I have the char slots of course). I would contact someone on this, might be a bug.

Once you get a little higher, the differance is moe noticiable. Like the fact that a PB can only use his god mode with human form moves, where as a WS can change. A PB has a self heal, a WS needs dead bodies, the PB pets are VERY temp., where as WS stick around for a while. PB has build up, WS has 2 aoe build ups(work alot like dark melee if you looked at that at all). Basicly, the nova/crab form are very similiar, but the support you have to go with them are drasticly diffrent. A WS need enimies to do alot of things(wheter dead or alive) where as a PB is a little more self reliant. You will notice this from I would say mid to high 20's on.

That's ridiculous too. It's better than not having the function at all, but if it worked more smoothly it would be better. There's not a good reason I shouldn't point out that it's not working smoothly. And I don't know where you got this 'tank in a blasterlike form' from. No one I know tanks in Nova form, and no one I know considers the human form blasterlike. You have resistance and heals and +HP. Quite unblasterlike. -
OMG, I love it! Not overly expensive, minus the Miracle and Numina's, which is nice. My one question is, does stamina and health procs still work in Nova/dwarf form (I know the power doesn't, but if the proc does, then that rocks!)

I know this is normally unheard of here, but I need help with a build that is strong using IO's. (Personally I try to avoid purples because i don't have the money.) Now, for play style, as I know that it will be asked, I normally pop into the group, pop eclipse, pop mire, go nova, blast things, coming out to upgrade eclipse, mire and hasten, or to get end back or make pets. I do have Crab form, but it is there mainly incase I get mezzed, or if there is a need to back up tank some on a mob(though now I can do that in nova form fairly well, minus the ability to taunt.) What I am looking for is a best you can get for your money build minus purples for damage and perma eclipse. Crab form can stay or go if nessassry, and honestly, I would like some KB protection in there somewhere. Thanks ahead of time. ((BTW, incase someone askes, I would do this myself, but I am REALLY bad at numbers, and somehow always make something that gets lolzed to hell if I try to post it, and then fixed as I have only been back In Game for about 8 months.))

I am game if you need another person, I have plenty of time, and I spend more time on costumes and the like anyways. Also have used Rad blast a number of times, I may be a good voice for the blaster version!

Yes, because they put the powerset in the game ONLY because of a hero that will remain unnamed because of Copyright infigment. As far as I see it, and I don't even LIKE to play stalkers, they could easily have shield. Hell, if Cap is the ONLY reason why they can't have it as this person said, then ONLY scrappers should have shield and only with MA, but that isn't the case. The reason I can see stalkers not having it for real though is because of the fact that 4 of the primaries can't use it. Besides that, a shield makes sense. -
I'll have to go with my first red side 50, my Thugs/FF, not only does he steamroll everything(Except Statesman and Natzi Statesman) Nothing like not having to worry about a constantly dead Pyro with a bubble around him, burning everything around. I thought FF would be boring, but I notice with my abilitly to knock things down and then my pets working, with tripple stacked leadership and masive bubbles, this is really fun.
