Would like what I will call the Tankermage Build
So looking at that all the powers you really care about will be Eclipse, Sunless Mire, Hasten, Dark Extraction and the Nova attacks?
Meaning I can do whatever I want with the rest of the build to get the most out of those powers? Or are there particular powers you also want but won't use that often?
Normally I would have a list of powers that I call pretty much undroppable, but if you honestly only care about Nova blasting I might consider dropping them and going to damage bonus' on top of the recharge.

It's focused on Nova and allows the Nova to use single-target blasts to stack Hold effects on a single mob and gives it a chance to heal itself, while the AoE/Cone blasts add a chance to double the recharge, which in turn will only reinforce the previously mentioned abilities.
The build includes 18% Ranged/AoE defense and Eclipse should help with damage resistance so that your Nova can blasts from up high and in relative safety.
I also included some powers I'd never make a Warshade without, but some of them have interesting twists put on them to support a solo-Nova with its blasting career.
Black Dwarf is in the build, but mostly as a panic button, and the idea is that as soon as you Dwarf-up, you can use Black Dwarf Mire to slow down your enemies hopefully slowing down their recharge rate as well as their speed and either teleport away and shift to Nova, or quickly down-shift to use Eclipse and Sunless Mire before going back to Nova and blasting away the opposition.
I should also caution you about the nature of the recharge of Dark Extraction. Since this build cannot rely on static global recharge, but rather uses and hopefully abuses Chance for +Recharge quite a bit, you should add your recharge rate to the attribute monitor window so you can see when your recharge rate is high enough to supply you with more than one fluffy!
A final word about the strategy... I would Dwarf-up, teleport into a group of enemies, then use Black Dwarf Mire, (drop to Human) Eclipse, Sunless Mire, Gravitic Emanation, (shift to Dark Nova) , Dark Nova Emanation, Dark Nova Detonation. If anything lives through that, but you were lucky with all the procs, then your enemies are now looking at a Nova with the following stats:
I think it should be quite fun to blast stuff from that point onwards
Oh and as requested, no purples!
Enjoy.

OMG, I love it! Not overly expensive, minus the Miracle and Numina's, which is nice. My one question is, does stamina and health procs still work in Nova/dwarf form (I know the power doesn't, but if the proc does, then that rocks!)
The procs will only work when the power is active, so you will need to go into human every 2 minutes (For up to 10 seconds) to refresh the procs.
I haven't looked at the build but if Eclipse is near-perma you should be doing that every 90s anyway and so they will probably automatically refresh and be pretty much perma.
Word of caution on the change for +recharge procs: If I remember correctly they are set so that after every chance to proc (Regardless if it procs or not) it will supress again for the next 10 seconds (Might be less than 10, possibly 5 seconds). So although they sound ABSOLUTELY AWESOME they don't work out quite as good as you might expect.
My personal experience when I had them in both Nova AoE's and tested with the combat attributes was they they didn't proc very often at all and I moved them out, but some people swear by them so I would test them out and decide for yourself.

I have those procs in my Single Target attacks on both Nova and Dwarf (both on my PB but also on the WS where available) and I've learned not to rely on them, however, when they do fire-up, you see a great increase in overall DPS because you can blast/punch faster.
Watch out for your Endurance bar though because despite Stygian Circle/Eclipse being so nice to you in returning endurance, you can sometimes get Shadelock which may leave you breathless

One Proc in an attack that is used no less than every 15 secs (Shadow Blast) could provide greater reliability than a Proc in a constantly used attack. As there maybe a chance to go off during a period when its only going to be suppressed anyway.
I have no idea if a Proc in one attack is suppressed by a Proc in another attack tho. 2 attacks both used consecutively at 15 second intervals might lead to one suppressing the other, I don't know. Shadow Blast and Gravitic Emanation would be my 2 choices of powers to put them in.

This is when I solo and am looking for some sadis... sorry, I meant lighthearted fun with CoT Death Mages or Rikti Mesmerists or Fake Nemesis... on teams, stuff gets defeated too fast to even notice the Tesla Cages

I know this is normally unheard of here, but I need help with a build that is strong using IO's. (Personally I try to avoid purples because i don't have the money.) Now, for play style, as I know that it will be asked, I normally pop into the group, pop eclipse, pop mire, go nova, blast things, coming out to upgrade eclipse, mire and hasten, or to get end back or make pets. I do have Crab form, but it is there mainly incase I get mezzed, or if there is a need to back up tank some on a mob(though now I can do that in nova form fairly well, minus the ability to taunt.) What I am looking for is a best you can get for your money build minus purples for damage and perma eclipse. Crab form can stay or go if nessassry, and honestly, I would like some KB protection in there somewhere. Thanks ahead of time. ((BTW, incase someone askes, I would do this myself, but I am REALLY bad at numbers, and somehow always make something that gets lolzed to hell if I try to post it, and then fixed as I have only been back In Game for about 8 months.))
