The DPS would drop to about 5,6 BI/s (6,2 BI/s while hasten is on). But I didn't count in the fact that you can still improve the attack chain by slotting 1 recharge in each attack. It takes some time calculating chains in a spreadsheet, but I can't find a better method right now.

Edit: If you only leech from the AV, you get a DPS of 5,35 BI/s with 1 rechg in every attack. So, if the fight takes longer and there is only one victim to leech from, claws looks better.

Now count in that Hasten is only up 2/3rd of the time, your overall DPS drops to 6,19 BI/s (Edit: Calculated with the resulting attack chain and some gaps). Quickness is not required for this.

Shriek 0,42 Smash + 0,42 Energy
Scream 5 ticks of 0,132 Smash + 5 ticks of 0,132 Energy
Howl 0,40 Smash + 0,40 Energy
Shockwave 0,32 Smash + 0,32 Energy
Shout 1,06 Smash + 1,06 Energy
Sirens Song 0,50 Energy
Screech 0,10 Smash + 0,10 Energy
Dreadful Wail 1,50 Smash + 1,50 Energy + 1,50 Smash

Note:
- Scream: the last 8 ticks (4 smash and 4 energy) are already affected by the -resistance of Scream (-20% vs. even level).

Forget this post, it was made assuming BI Strike = BI Slash. I never used slash on my claws/sr so I took the number from hero builder where it is incorrect.

This is not correct either, mixed up Strike and Slash again. You can replace Air Superiority by Strike (no recharge enhance needed) or Shockwave (every second chain), but not with Slash. Shockwave is still my favorite here

Replacing Air Sup. with Strike should increase the DPS of the attack chain for those with hasten + quickness, because you get the second follow up bonus on every follow up then.

I think this is the most important point. If you still don't understand why you are fighting stalkers and brutes 95% of the time in Hero vs. Villain PVP Zones, read through this point again. If you didn't play CoV you would think it only has two archetypes.
