I'd be happy to send some referrals out as well, but I think that goes without saying for most of the community.
Just send us a PM! -

Quote:This isn't true at all. As Bosstone said, the game actually has an in-game checklist that automatically fills itself out for you. I had mine open when I opened my packs.Unfortunately not.
There are 11 pieces total, including the beam rifle and the back piece.
The helmet is under "helmets."
The face mask is under face detail 2 (where most of the other chin pieces and facial hair are)
The chest is under "robes."
The sleeves are under "sleeves."
The shoulders are under "shoulders."
The pants are under "tucked in."
The boots are under "boots."
The belt is under "belts."
The gloves are under "gloves."
The rifle will be under weapons if the toon has the beam rifle powerset.
The back piece is under back details. -
*sigh* BRB, have to watch this on repeat for a few days. Again.

Quote:This is the pack I picked up, with my free stipend points. By the eleventh pack, I had every costume piece, nearly 700 merits, and a bunch of perk swag. I'm happy. Like Fabulous said:12 pack = 70 Points/Pack = $0.88 USD/Pack or $10.50 USD for the bundle.
Quote:If I may put in my 2 cents?
I bought 24 of these, and in there I got.
1 full costume set by my 7th, which is cheaper than the normal bundles.
675 merits
11 ATOs
68 enhancement boosters
countless dual inspirations, prestige/ inf / xp boosters
Honestly, I think I got a damn good deal.
Quote:Feels good to be morally bankrupt but financially stable. Buying 48 packs as soon as I get home.
Quote:Converters will be released with I22. Prices in-game are:
Enhancement Converters x10: 1 A-Merit, 25 mill inf
Enhancement Converters x1: 10 R-Merits, 250k inf
Enhancement Converters x2: 3 Astrals, 500k inf
Enhancement Converters x5: 1 Empyrean, 1.25 mill inf
By all means, let's get some wildly useless analogies in here to keep things sane. -
Quote:Another first-run Black Wolf. Nice.I opened 6 packs earlier and got...
3 Costume Pieces (Jacket, Sleeves and Gloves)
1 Catalyst
2 ATOs (Brute triple and SoA proc)
1 Windfall
1 Black Wolf O_O
2 or 3 assorted consumeables I'll never use
... and a pretty nice little pile of Merits.
Merits made up the bulk of the "not very interesting" cards I received. -

Quote:This is what I want to see when I get home.I must say, the drop rate of items is MUCH better than when it was being tested.
Just opened all 24 packs and I got the entire Elemental Order costume set, the Black Wolf pet and 2 sets of ATO's that I can use without converting them.
Kudos Devs and Marketing! Good job! I R Happeee!!! -
Yay, superpacks!

Quote:That's not what I was responding to, and I rather thought I was perfectly clear about it.Eh, if you really want to caricature the opposing argument, there are more suitable images:
"The only monster here is the gambling monster that has enslaved your mother. I call him Gamblor."
If you would like me to address your post, however, I can do that. It won't be hard, self-control is very easy. -
Quote:Yes, it will make them plenty of money. It is a very effective technique. You know what else is effective? Cold calling people and pressure selling them crap they don't need. "Listen up Gandma, go get your checkbook and write what I tell you."
ZWILLINGER IS HERE RIGHT NOW, HE HAS A GUN, HE SAYS I HAVE TO BUY ONE BILLION COSTUME PACKS. PLEASE HELP!
Wow, man, just...wow. -
Well, it's on the wiki now--that means it's real.
-
So what's the better market, ATIO sales, or Converter speculation?
Absolute Amazement and Coercive Persuasions have gone up in price by more than 300%. -
I can't disagree with that. But you can probably see how it is a deliberate pack incentive for income.
Ooh, I could see that. Like a hybridization of the costume pieces, just uniquely weighted. Hrm. -
Quote:This^^^^^^^^^^^.I don't know why Dink thinks she's not as sexy as Jay was. In 5 posts she's already upstaged his entire career.
(Good job, keep up the good work and you'll have lots of friends on the boards here)
ANYWAYS. You get us some male carnival masks for the Carnie pack, and skirts, hats, and belts for the CoT pack, and you'll sell two more.
If the Paragon Studio slave drivers let you. -
And that's why they call it, "Throwing the idiot ball."
-
Keep the Arbiter's uniform, and use the new head. Recycling a unique and obvious signature character is just embarrassing.
In-before ProvinceMan, Statesman's identical Canadian brother, replaces him on the aircraft carrier... -
Quote:Costume packs are ten bucks. They always were. If you buy the super packs in bulk, they're .75 apiece. Which means, if you get all your costume pieces in under thirteen packs, you pay less for this costume set than ANY OTHER, and get free extra crap to boot. YMMV on the value of the free extra crap, but I'm sure there are plenty of people saying, "Crap, more stupid costume pieces? I wanted more merits!"No alternative way to get the Elemental Order costume?
Then no ******* payment.
Not that I am aware of. Catalysts and converters, yes--but not Super Packs.
Quote:Got the Black Wolf after purchasing some packs. Not sure how many it took though. Maybe around the 90 to 100 mark.
