Also, does anyone else find it a bit strange that his guide is laden with instructions you are meant to be giving your team? He's rejecting "noobs" (newbies, since asking a question never made anyone a noob) but treating his whole team like they are. The only thing I find useful to say in Katie is "Stand at treeline" and "Knocking". If you wrote a guide and say you'll get the Katie done in 30 then I fail to see what's so great about it. I EXPECT ANY Katie TF to be done in less than 30, even my first bordered on that. Nowadays any PUG is 20-25, with 15 being what an organised lot can do, which kinda makes me laugh because we actually did have 5 Rads, a Blaster and 2 something elses.

Besides, if a person comes back with what is a Katie? they are a n00b that will require training and (unless you are feeling charitable) you do not have time for that. If more reply YES than you have slots, tell them that the team is full and you will get them next time.

Noobs would pretend they know what a Katie is. Newbies would ask that question.
You sir, are fail and an uptight jerk. -
Katie really needs a guide? Get 3-8 Rads and an Archery Blaster
Done. -
Holy gravedigger of Normandy! ZOMBIES!!!

Congratulations to 8 Baller, CollegeJem and Leandro! All your videos were superb and if it were up to me you'd all share the 1st prize, much to everyone's amusement
Con-freakin'-gratulations to all! -

I'm suprised to only see this mentioned in this thread once -- This would be pretty handy. Great convenience for lvling, then creating or placing IOs in new slots
... or whatever.

Even just giving us the Rikti Dummy's to practice attacks on would be something. Same goes with the targets in the Vanguard shooting range. -
Use a colour wheel and remember these natural rules:
If using 2 colours then use opposites.
If using 3 colours then follow a triangular shape.
See: http://benwaller.blogspot.com/2007/1...ow-colour.html
Notice it is used in pretty much every comic book character ever used. Superman is red, blue and yellow - triangle on the colour wheel. Also, most colours go well with black, everything matches black.

My friend just made his search comment "Bored. No farms. WM/EA"
. That's how you get all the chicks to invite you to parties, hehehe.

I know but comparing it to the prices now just makes me chuckle that it used to be "OMG WINGS" and now it's just "Get them out of my face!" :P

Rummaging through my old screenshots I found a little gem.

Anyone else got some painful shots they'd like to share? -

If you happen to have roughly forty million influence on the toon at the time and want to start working with sets early, then I wont say you cant do something like that. Im looking at the average player who, if theyre lucky only is working with anywhere from 500k to 2mill in funds; [u]20mill if they managed to find and sell a wings recipe[u], at that point they have a little more freedom to splurge on stuff at 30-35.

One suggestion. Mention Dark/Dark TANKS in your title. Dark/Dark is shared by three ATs.

Good overall guide but the end red slotting on the toggles is truly excessive. 1 for each of the cheapest toggles and maybe 2 on things like Cloak of Fear. -
Content has never been available to everyone. Whether it's level difference to access the zone or contact, getting game time for veteran rewards or even an arc for Mightnight. Even epics require a lvl 50, even though it's added content.
So no, I really don't see new content suddenly becoming available for everyone. -

What about people not in SGs? What about SGs that can't afford the mission computer (prestige, control, power, space)?
I expect the mission designer will be something separate altogether.

I started a VG 2 weeks ago and can already afford one playing roughly an hour a day so it's not hard to get one. As for people not in SGs well they shouldn't be so anti-social.
RWZ wasn't for everyone, just those 35+. Same with veteran rewards only being for those who have older accounts. Again, it's not for everyone. -
My speculation regarding more missions in the SG computer is that they are already planning it. Where else would you be allowed to put your custom-made missions? It makes logical sense to have them SG-based because where else would people go to talk to you to get the missions? There's way more evidence supporting this, so you'll just have to have a think yourself.

There is very credible evidence that we will be getting a z-axis control for base items, making the magic desk obsolete and allowing for similar results to be obtained in a small fraction of the time.

Finally! I can taunt the low levels by placing porters out of reach! -
Thought I'd throw in my share of bugs/suggestions. Dunno if they were already posted though, so excuse any repeats.
Bugs
General:
-Some items have a bounding area far too large for the item itself. Examples are Test Tube Racks which appear to have taken out restraining orders on all the other tabletop equipment.
-The edge of the wall detail Modern Art can be used to anchor wall mounted lights in special circumstances, and always displays the ability to place small wall lights. This bug also applies to wall lights showing the ability to be placed on Large Wall Scones (though as of writing I have not been able to successfully place one).
-Each room remembers what category choice it had. This can be annoying when you are decorating and running from room to room deciding where its best to place sets of items and having to relocate them in the list each time.
Aesthetic:
- Curved Seating Unit features a Polished Table. The table is slightly off centre
- Placing any item with a picture screen (the televisions) and then moving it will cause the image to remain there until you exit the base and return.
- For far too long doorways have always looked out of place as they do not show ceiling or floor trims and also the wall pattern is half of each room it connects. Image 1. Image 2
Suggestions:
-Make veteran base items unlockable by earning relevant badges in SG mode for each particular item (like mini-accolades, 2 or 3 badges per item).
- Very few room details that are natural are included. My kitchen is forced to be stocked with pickled organs and dirty old bottles to serve to my members, and many of them are getting fed up with it.
-Mission maps have more paintings available whereas we are stuck with 2 paintings and 1 monstrosity (Modern Art)? I don't see why we don't have them, it's not game breaking to allow us to have more than two options, is it?
-Some kind of editable noticeboard that can be placed at the base entrance (could be used to display SG rules, events, calendar dates, etc). Why do we not have one!?
-Small wall banners please...
Grammatical:
-Invention Worktable description has erroneous message The Invention Worktable is an required to...
Was compiling a list but I think I'll just post any discoveries/suggestions here instead. -
Once you put that much tactics into a game are you really having fun any more? I'm not asking for myself to know, I'm trying to remind you that a game is meant to be fun; not doing things only if they are efficient and based on how beneficial they are. Look at badge collectors and alt-aholics, they have the most fun of all. All these macros and routines just become dull after many repetitions so if you only do it to get infamy for other toons does that not feel like work?
