Here's my entry. All pieces can be found amongst the universal set.

An attempt to assuage sadness and disappointment that some of these still exist or existed at all by inserting a smidgen of levity..
So, the game here is to provide an out-of-game ( or so ) scenario to describe an in-game bug that everyone else can then guess the bug you've described by your scenario..
"I've done it ! I've learned where everything is here, where all the important people are, all the major locations and landmarks even ! Now let me just take this exit ramp here.. Oops, wait, need to go back a minute, let me turn left and left again to get back on the on ramp to go back.. Hey.. I've instantly forgotten where everything is around here.."
So what bug could that scenario be about ?
Or how about this one ?
"Yes, you've achieved the presidency. You know that, we know that, but just tell everyone else, they'll just have to take your word for it because the new HD press conference room is broken so we can't let everyone see you wearing your new presidential badge. Just pretend, it'll be ok. We'll get back to you."
Or how about ?
"I am Super Mega-Ultra Incarnate Hero ! My powers are awesome ! I have many ! Oh, the holidays are here, w00t ! Look, I am.. uh.. I have no powers but I can give you a gift !"

Especially considering the new 'pet toggles' limiting just one out at a time this becomes just that humorous. -
I'm still lost on the concept here.. Why worry about deleting it at all if you're just going to re-create it ? If you were the only toon in it you'd have to be Super-leader so any aspect of altering components should be available to you except the name which it appears is going to be used in the same capacity anyway.. and if you were going to change that it wouldn't matter if the other one was taken or not..

I'd like to recommend a collaborative set of beginner arcs that are alignment specific for the end badge reward but awesome nonetheless for those just starting out or getting introduced to AE :
