alrighty so i've been making a bunch of my XD robots......

XD-159 (won a costume contest already, once )

XD-175

and XD-2000

the thing is, they seem kinda old-style, even 2000, which was made to look spiffy and cool, the pinnacle of Dr. Techno's artistic ability (*cough* gold paint), seems out-dated

I need something new....something spiffy, any ideas?
Or if you actually believe those are awesome androids, let me know, that always makes me happy

Welcome to HNN, the heroes news network. we bring you this special broadcast to inform the public of a strange occurance happening in downtown atlas park. we go now live to Penguin.

"Thank you maurice, here's the scoop.

In a stunning turn of events. an extremely large group of "trolls" have gather all around atlas park demanding more rights, and less discrimination. with large signs that read 'stop the haat' and 'we r ppl' they have threatened not to move until their demands are met. we recieved a quote from one troll that was quite articulate despite his fearsome appearance."

"We are just as human as the next bloody joe walking down the street, and we would like to be treated as such, not having all these so caled 'heroes' killing us just for standing on the street corner." said one Gerald Young.

What will happen during this touchy scene? only time will tell. rumors are starting that the mayor will be making an appearance later today.

Max walked down the road that led to the lab around noon. He had always enjoyed watching Dr. Techno fiddle with his latest invention or toy. He walked up to the front door, and rang the bell. A series of bells that Max had come to expect rang out, signaling his arrival, but the doctor didn't answer the door. Max shrugged and opened the door.

He walked inside but was immediately tackled by a blur of blue. As he was slammed onto the cold floor, max was finaly able to see his attacker.

It was a robot. covered with blue metal plating, a red view screen, and a glowing green oval shaped crystal around it's waist. A cmputerized voice came from it's speaker of a mouth.

"Please present proper identification, or one will have to remove you from the premises." it said.

"M-my is Max, I'm a friend of Doctor Techno. What are you?" Max finaly stuttered.

The android released max, then stood up straight.

"Max Identified. Please allow me to introduce one's self. One's ID is XD-159. One is the first succesfully made X series android. Created by Dr. Techno. My father is not in at the moment, he left this for one to give to you." XD-159 handed max a note from the doctor.

"Dear Max," it read. "No doubt you have met my latest creation by now. XD-159 is to be the first of hopefully many androids that will require no plug-ins, and no batteries to charge. totally self powered! I shall inform you all about on my return, which shall be sometime tonight. It is about 10 a.m. here asi write this. Watch out for 159 and make sure nothing goes wrong with him. Thank you. Doctor T."

Max looked up from the note, at the android. it was going to be an interesting afternoon.
