Both BaB AND Posi kept flubbing emotes/title giving commands.
More shame for BaB really considering he's the guy that created them.
They don't use motion capture but do everything by hand.

Oh and War Witch refered to the Coming Storm as the "Experiencing some delays Storm" well actually a player said that but War Witch said it took the words right out of her mouth.
Castle: Still no ETA on PvP.
Positron is seeming pretty staunch on the anti-revamp of low level hero content front, stating that new players are more likely to buy the GR/CoH/CoV combined back and play through the Praetorian tutorial but they are considering the points raised about legacy hero content to be lacking.
AE arcs will not affect Morality (makes sense to be fair).
There is currently no plans for working on the Cathedral of Pain, Castle wishes he could but he couldn't, take that as you will (probably means busy with other stuff).
Are there Giant Monsters in Praetoria?
Positron: Praetorian Clockwork can be pretty damn big...
No you can't beat up Castle in Going Rogue just in his AE arc.
Although the two weeks to fully switch sides is not set in stone, there will be cooldowns involved.
MM Pet customisation is on the 'todo' list though Posi isn't sure of the priority of it.
Doppleganger tech doesn't work with player pets.
Positron: We are looking at the problems in the markets very carefully and want a good, working, feasable, not exploitive, not still broken somewhere, fun, easy to understand, logical, solution.
It appears there WONT be a badge for staying true hero or true villain, as this would create binary badges and as Posi mentioned "It would drive all the badgers nuts".
Positron: There aren't any plans to allow Kheldian Customisation for fictional reasons.

Evening all.
Myself and other EU forumites will be updating various questions and answers from the Q&A on test.
Dr Aeon loves working with the team and he also steals peoples lunches.
He also plans to overthrow the current devs once he gets enough money, so he can proclaim himself lord of all Paragon and the Isles.
Nothing so far revealed about the Mutant booster pack, just confirmed it IS mutant and that the reason for the very long discussion mentioned by black pebble about it was the fact everyone had a different idea of what Mutant actually meant.
Wentworths is actually named after the character from Prison Break, Wentworth Miller. Miller is obviously taken by Positron. -
hmm tonight I shall be altering costumes, sending inf so I have it all on ONE character instead of spread across many, many characters and running the posi TF.

A lot of her influence from behind is the power that is the hardest to keep clear of godmodding. Most of the time she just missed something... or one of her flunkies slipped up so that she did. Otherwise she would be able to influence the whole Isles. And that I can't have. Still with events and global plots the Court is mostly there. So the influence can be seen in game.

I don't have characters who are 'god level' in power Amy Zon is basically 'The Tick' level of power, she's super strong and nigh invulnerable but also not incredibly bright ("Spooooon!") and suffers from the usual vulnerability so Psionics and magic.
The only one that comes close is the aformentioned old man, my namesake. His power lies not in what powers he has but in the fact he's a Dr Doom/Reed Richards style mad scientist who uses comic book science which as many know can be a bit of a Deus Ex Machina at times.
Now magic completely confuses him, he's been involved with it several times but he doesn't understand the rituals and how mages can, as one of my favorite comic strips said, "tell the laws of physics to sit down and be quiet."
He would have more influence but thanks to being an insane mad scientist he's basically considered a wild card in an almost jokeresque fashion, no other villains really wants to associate with him because they're not sure how long the alliance will last before he betrays them to further his own scientific goals or just because he'd find it hilarious.
So while Mechano is, as Rock put it, a CP toon, he has a lot of personal resources which actually slowly built up over time rather than the 'bam his rich' kind of thing, he has several of his own personal AI (his robot family) and he is untouchable by the legal system of Paragon City since he operates in the Isles.
That hasn't stopped one spiteful metahating group from blasting his factory, killing his workers and stealing his R&D indevelopment tech (because of that Humanity First are now a lot more well armed and armoured thanks to nicking blueprints for plasma/Laser rifles and powered armour for their more elite members).

It's a shame that the original design of the game moved away from having tankers as slow but VERY hard hitters for that more Superman feel. -

Hey again Shivanites, time for my weekly update on all things work and superhuman related.
First to address a comment I got from someone calling themselves SnarkDragon about my new tie making me look fat, while I appreciate the compliment I lack the body fats to do so, since I am made up of a gelatinous outer lay composed of 'goo from space'.
On to work related stuff.
Unfortunately the Paragon City Council have turned down our application for having the first annual Necrotech Roadshow in Paragon City, citing reasons of 'being owned by a mad man' as their refusal. Don't worry folks we'll just reschedule and hold it right here in the Isles, anyone interested in tickets please contact Necrotech through the website.
I can also announce a breakthrough in regards to the New You program, we can now provide basic elemental control with regards earth, concrete etc. We're still working on all the other elemental control powers which are proving very difficult and very dangerous to work with, don't worry, no human test subjects were harmed.
However a mishap on testing with an animal of the porky persuasion with the fire control genes did end up giving us self-frying bacon, it's not as fun as it sounds trust me, pigs do not go quietly into that good night.
That's all the work related info for this week, lets move on to the super news.
News of those heroes who hang under the skirt of Galaxy Girl, this week appeared to be a turbulent time with arguements and raised voices but also a time of love, spring fever was in the air and same gender couples were seen cuddling.
One my bosses 'daughter' Amy zon and a new friend (name unknown at this time) and a newly announced couple of Tiger White and that 'Babe of Vanguard' (still no name, both of which were featured in last weeks hot or not). Congratz to the two happy couples and hope they have a long and happy same gender partnership.
So continuing the link to last weeks hot or not, I'll be asking which of the cuddling couples pictured above is hot or not? Most of my male (and some of my female...what is it with wearing tight leather and humanoids enjoying partnerships of the same gender?) have voted for Tiger White and friend but the choice is yours.
So we move onto everyones favorite segment, "is it food?". people voted yes for me to eat a homeless person, unfortunately I couldn't manage a whole one due to those pesky Arachnos people shooing me away but it is true, people do indeed taste like chicken however I wouldn't recommend eating the homeless, there isn't enough meat on their bones to provide the nourishment needed for a growing super-person.
This week I'll be asking "is it food?" about Kheldians...they look like seafood I imagine they would taste like seafood, of course the problem is actually catching a kheldian, probably going to need a bigger boat
.

It is quite sad that thanks to the STF, more heroes have the badge for defeating the Grandville flier than villains do.
Many times I've wanted to get the badge but by the time you've assembled a team the thing is usually off and away out of the zone. -

Mastermind - Yeesh...Even before I made one of these I really didn't wanna team with them. They slowed down my computer, clogged up cave maps, and created utter chaos. But in my quest to understand them, I made one. I probably made a mistake choosing Ninja's, but I was really sick of seeing robots. Solo or on a team of 1 or 2, it wasn't a big a nightmare as I thought. But on a bigger team, especially with a second or third Mastermind on the team, it was sheer terror. Random aggro everywhere, tons of dead ninjas. Despite my best efforts, they rarely seemed to honor my commands. Thanks the gods for the MM secondaries. I think I'm going to make a petless MM when demons come out. 5/10 -

Some say that it was because the guys making it had 'too much on their plate' with the Buffy RPG and their own system to support (Zombies: Thy flesh consumed amongst others) and begin a very small studio they just didn't have the time to create it, especially as, with most MMO based material (looking at you Warcraft: the RPG which got turned into World of Warcraft: the RPG which the core book was already hideously outdated at the moment of release) it was going to be so out of date by the time the book got released it wasn't worth it (considering they started making it back in issue 2 or 3 and we were up to issue 7 or 8 by the time the plug was officially pulled). -

I like this whiole idea and the addition of this third badge makes sense. Then just like the trio of badges available for the Rikti invasion let's add a fourth Accolade badge for getting all three of the others. Not sure what to call it or even exactly what power it would grant but how about an increase in damage resistance for 2 minutes and the power can be activated once every 25 minutes like most of the others? Okay off the top of my head how about "Column Breaker" as a title for this? :-D

One thing I've always wanted.
City of Heroes: Enemy Mine: Wanted to be park of the Freakshow pack, a Commendant in the 5th Column or just love to party it up with the Carnival of Shadows, well now you can.
New Costume pieces:
Carnival of Shadows Face mask, Bodices and boots (female only, Bodice comes in Harlequin, Seneschal and Ring Mistress versions, boots have Harlquin or Ring Mistress pattern options).
Strongman Helment and shoulders (male only, Helmets come in the Bronze, Iron and Steel variants).
Freakshow chest details and cybernetic arms.
5th Column and Council face mask, 5th Column/Council armoured chest (with or without medals).
Wyvern helmets and chest details.
Legacy chain helmets and shoulder options.
Spectral Pirates shoulder parrot (for male and female).
Crey tank armour variants, Special agent robotic hand and comms unit options.
New temp power: One of us: a temp toggle (like the GvE jetpack), the crooks and criminals (or heroes and heroines) all think you're one of them (Works like the midnight costume/Freakshow disguise for a short period of time).
I would probably pay twice the normal booster pack price for a booster pack like this one.
Sadly the devs are about as likely to do this as the sun is to turn into a chocolate marshmellow... -
