My 3 favorite movies with him in it was The Cheap Detective, The In-Laws, and of course The Princess Bride.
RIP Peter. -
Deadpool was with Nightcrawler.
All in all I thought it was really good. So I guess we all need to go harass Marvel for a Blu-Ray / DVD release.
I'd definitely like to add it to my collection. -

Quote:and Fred Perry (Gold Digger) can put out 11 issues a year doing just about everything in the book (Not to mention all the side projects and special issues he does besides those 11)Battle Chasers (9 issues in 3 1/2 years) ?

Adeline Kane was Slades ex wife and mother of both Ravager and Jericho. She was one of the best supporting characters in New Teen Titans during Marv Wolfman and George Perez's run on the book until Marv and DC screwed that all up with Titans Hunt. (George had left the book by then)

I got this on day 1:
ARISIA!!!!!!!!!!!!! -
Quote:I get mine straight from the source:Ok, thank you very much everyone for the infos. Trying to figure out where/what I need to order. >.< doG, when did buying comics get so frickin' labor intensive...
http://www.antarctic-press.com/html/version_01/shop.php
They don't have everything in stock, but they do have a lot of it though.
Just go to Fred Perry's section and select Gold Digger , the Gold Digger Special issues are the things like the mini-series about other characters in the series. (Highly Recommend both Tiffany and Charlotte mini's)
Go the The Antarctic Press section and select the Antarctic Press DVD section for the GD-Rom's. (Get The GD-Rom 3.0 for all issues up to #125) -
Quote:I have the GD-Rom 2.0 (everything up to Color #100) and just got the GD-Rom 2.5 (#101-#125)Quite true, but if you don't mind PDF/JPGs, pick up one of the GD-Rom collections. Ver. 3 has, I believe, Everything that's been printed up through Vol. 2 #125 (Only 4 issues off current). And that's only $40.95 off Antarctic's store. I've got Ver. 1 (Everything Canon through Vol. 2 #75) and updated w/a friends Ver. 2 (Through Vol. 2 #100).
IMO, it would be worth it. Not to say I wouldn't mind the physical Trades either, but if no other option remains, it should be something to consider.
Thank you for the time...
It's the only Comic Book series I still collect at the moment. It has drama, it's laugh out loud funny, and sometimes it's both. -

Quote:After over 25 years of collecting I finally reached that point where I dropped all my Marvel and DC titles. Too much focus on events, what happened to the days when an event was special? Now it seems that's all Marvel and DC do anymore. Characterization and moving a hero's storyline forward has been lost. The biggest transgressor of this is Geoff Johns, specifically his Green Lantern run. It started out awesome and we learned a lot about Hal and both his worlds, then the book spiraled down into event hell, stalling Hal's personal storyline for the sake of the event. Not a fargin clue.</RomanMoroni>
And I really don't give a damn.
Honestly, outside of a one or two titles (none containing an X, Spider-, Deadpool, Thor, Ultimate, or Avengers in it...YES, such titles actually exist!), I've completely stopped caring about Marvel.
I think I need to just stop reading comics for a while. Just starting to get REALLY aggravated with the crappy storytelling, continuity, and push for all these pointless crossovers.
The last time I burned out and stop buying comics, I stayed away almost 10 years. As such, it was really kinda nice when I came back (though the sticker-shock kinda caught me off guard).
There are still some good books out there. I enjoyed DnA's Marvel Cosmic stuff.
Only Comic Book Series I still read is Fred Perry's Gold Digger -
Fine:

use Source 2 it runs the best, it's broken up into 2 parts one on top of the other. -
Quote:Here's the Question how old is Bruce? Dick is at the very least in his mid to late twenties. He's been Robin since he was about 8 or 9 years old. So how old was Bruce when he made Dick his ward? Remember Bruce went to and graduated college then traveled the world for a couple of years. He'd been Batman at least 3-5 years before Dick Became Robin. So here's a timetable with approximate ages:Actually Dick Grayson hasnt been Robin in quite sometime....anyone remember his being Nightwing? Sure he is currently one of the Bat"men" while Bruce is off around the world building an army to fight whatever is coming...
Event ( Age)
Parents Murdered (8)
Graduates College (22)
Travels World to train (22-27) (5 years is a pretty good guestamite)
Becomes Batman (28) (Fights Crime and builds his arsenal)
Dick Grayson Becomes Robin (30-31) (Robin 8 years old)
Dick Graduates College (44)(Robin 21)
Dick becomes Nightwing (45) (Nightwing 22)
*Dick is / was Nightwing for at least 2-5 years before becoming Batman , so Bruce is at least 48 -50 years old)
That's why it doesn't add up... -
Episode 7 is out and some nice development between Scott and Emma, Part of the Inner Circle goes after Storm, Wolverine, and Beast, and Moira Mctagg.... uh I mean Yui Sasaki drops a bomb on Chuck (Figuratively).
-
Flashpoint refers s to the summer event DC is doing which Stars Barry Allen and Thomas Wayne (Yes that's not a typo). Main Premise is that presumably, Professor Zoom went running rampant and altered history. Only Barry Allen and Booster Gold know that everything is wrong.

Actually what they need to do is a total relaunch of the Universe in general. They should have done this after Crisis on Infinite Earth's, like Marv Wolfman wanted them to do, but editorial at the time said no.
Look at it this way, DC is suffering from a lack of a unified vision of the DCU, which has been corrected when Johns, Dido and Lee were promoted to their current positions.
The current DCU in my opinion is not salvagable as it currently is. I can name at least 4 characters whose histories are so convoluted that if they could make them more reader friendly by saying this is how everything is , they might become more popular.
Power Girl
Hawkman
Donna Troy
Dick Grayson (Specifically, him being the original Robin Doesn't add up anymore)
The old Guard Justice Society members.
-Another thing that some people have problems with is Superman's marriage to Lois Lane.
I'd hope that DC learned from the mistakes of One Year Later which hurt more titles than it helped in the long run and alienated a lot of readers. While a total reboot may not appeal to some of you, it may actually be the smartest thing DC ever did. -
Quote:I like the "Old School" X-Men vibe I get from it. Something that's severely lacking in the current comics.Enjoying the series so far. Naturally, Armor is already grating on my nerves...
Oh and the fact I only have to watch One show. The fact that there are only 6 "field" team members.
I gave up on the X-Men comics years ago. Too many members, too many books. I liked it when there were only 2 main books to follow, Now there's like 5. -
Episode 6:
