I'm not quite sure where this rumor started but it's complete utter hogwash.
You do not need to leave the pylons up to debuff hami, the green mitos, or to have a peace of mind that you'll actually finish the dang mission.
Where's your backbone leaders?
The leader(s) that feel it is necessary to "boot" a team mate for asking WHY or for sharing any type of opinion for that matter - seriously need an attitude adjustment. Frankly, I wouldn't be a bit surprised to find out they didn't get along with others while in grade school. :P -

Virtue is the only server I play on now. I started on Freedom but had a friend who complained about the lag on the server (and he couldn't run in Grandville because of it)... so I moved all of my "popular" toons over to Virtue.
So, when this defender COP takes place, it will definitely have to be on Virtue otherwise I won't be able to make the run.

Going for a 30 minute run pretty much requires some seriously fast playing, something that empathy does not provide.
However, there are ways to shave TONS of time off the ITF -- but we chose not to.
Plain and simple.
It's not always how FAST something can be done in this game. There is such a thing as honor in getting the job done.
Frankly, I've been on full teams, with tankers, that couldn't finish Rommie off so the fact that our defender team did it (even with 5 empaths) is a good thing.

I love the colors, but especially the EYES.
Only thing I can suggest (that I wouldn't mind if you added it) is a shine effect to her shoulder pad. I'm assuming it's metallic in nature and therefore could benefit from having a little sparkle.
How To Add Lens Flare:
You could easily accomplish this by duplicating the layer and adding a lens flare to the bottom layer (Filter>Render>Lens Flare).
In the Lens popup box, position the lens flare over the area on the shoulder pad. Select the 105mm Prime lens type and adjust the brightness to about 80 or so.
Next, switch to the top (duplicated) layer and change the layer blend mode to SOFT light.
** NOTE: ** Experiment with the lens flare filter to get the amount of adjustment just right. Different colors and artwork will require different settings to get the shine effect realistic looking.

Currently Recruiting: Anyone who has a passion for Paragon City!
RP Level: Zero to Casual. Most Hero Dawn members don't RP, but that has never stopped us with teaming and working with people who like to RP.
PvP Level: Little to Casual. We have members who can be found in PvP zones often, and are preparing to assemble a tight raid team when the feature is fixed and released for CoH.
Theme/Concept: We have no real 'concept' except we are just a group of friendly, dedicated casual players who like to get the most out of the game by playing with other people of the same caliber!
Activity: Having around 141 members in the group we almost always have people in the SG doing things, and never mind to have people come along. Though, most of the things we do are spontaneous we are always doing some form of Task Forces, SG member's Mission Architect Arcs, Rikti/Hamidon raid teams, etc. You can always find something to do between our SG and coalition friends. In addition, about every two months Hero Dawn strives to put on some of the very best player events/parties around.
Requirements for Membership: We have no requirements to join, we just ask for you to stay active in our SG and have fun!

Very informative guide in respect to why you picked certain powers and decided to play them.
Personally, I like to see the MIDS build behind the toons to get a better feel for how you slotted them and what kind of defense and resistance they are bringing to the table.
Add this to your already nice guide and I'm a happy camper.

While it may be true, in your match, that the MM's were used to keep the stalkers out of hide -- I can assure you, that as a stalker in PvP land, I WILL go after the MM pets first if I intend to defeat the owner. Less pets, means less bodyguard that comes into play, which equates to taking the owner down faster.
