Properly done it should work like the winter lord event and be a PVP Cov zone.

Hero teams go there to try to get cheesy PL type exp, and villians try to damage or mez them so they get huge debt instead.

If heroes stay clear of the zone villians control the monsters to attack supergroup headquarters of hero teams.

My wife will track them down, she runs The Mimenologist on Justice.

How about if confused character get the graphics juxtaposed randomly so enemies and allies look like each other in a random pattern [ QUOTE ]

I remember when 3 snowstorms slotted up would hold any number of mobs, and harvesting 3 groups at a time in Perez with 3 storm defenders and a fire blaster.
