I use GIF Animator, which I believe was $10... I'm not sure. It's an old version, so... Google might be a good place to search for animated GIF programs. I think there are some free programs.

I can understand that. You have to take a break once in a while. That's why you have a que, for commissions. You only take a certain amount of people at a time. That way you can take breaks, and don't get overloaded with work. At least, that's how I see it. I've never done commissions, but I prob'ly will in the future.
