Do a google search for it, it's not terrible but it's free so no complaints.

I use GIF Animator, which I believe was $10... I'm not sure. It's an old version, so... Google might be a good place to search for animated GIF programs. I think there are some free programs.
Hello, art peoples! I had a great idea for a new avatar, but don't have the resources...or knowledge to do it. I was thinking of having game sprites of Deadly Towers (the game) cycle through in different colors.

But, I don't have a program to create .gifs in. Any help?
