Yeah I got rid of the stuff through the remove program, used driver sweeper and all of that. It still still loads 8.7 after boot up, wont let me cancel it.
Im done trying for awhile, really frustrated at the moment after about 20 reboots and downloads. -
Yeah, I donno. I uninstall, run driversweeper and reboot. Windows automatically loads the 8.7 driver after boot up.

I have always had Nvidia cards, but for my new computer I followed Xmas' $1200 shopping list (great computer) giving me an ATI card for the first time.
Everything works fine but I cant get the new drivers to install for my card, every time I try to down load and install the new 10.3 vers drivers it reverts back to the ones from the origional CD (vers 8.7).
I uninstalled the old ones before downloading the new ones and all of that but I must be missing something. Been working on this for a few hours and I just keep going in circles.
Any ideas?
Edit* FYI: I have Win7 64bit and the HD5850 video card. -

The video card that is listed on Xmas's $1200 computer set up from newegg is now on a longish wait. Will this Video card be comparable and work with that setup or is there something different that would work better?

Sure brutes are good after about level 21 when you can get quick recovery slotted and actually use your attacks. /dark mastermind is amazing from level 4 and pretty much able to tackle anything after level 6. I used to set my difficulty to highest level after level 6 (old diff settings) and never look back, by then you have heal, two pets, tar patch and darkest night.
The brute would probably be faster leveling in the later levels but the MM is a much smoother ride from level 1. -
Thugs or Bots/Dark Mastermind. Crazy easy mode.

I put the chance for heal out of the sleep set (cant remember which set) in frozen aura, it works really well. I heal around 100 points every other group and have healed up to 400 at a time from it, not that I ever really need the heal but it is a fun option. I do a good bit of farming with shield tanks, I have five of them at 50, and the /Ice one is pretty good.

I wanted to bump this back up. I like playing the more challenging arcs. Anyone have more?

You can give mine a try if you want, I had to tone it down alot because of people crying about it. I can solo it on my Kat/Regen and my Dark/Rad, but they are pretty IO'd out.
