    Indeed. Was a fun day. I believe we had 5 solid KB matches starting at 11:00 AM. (Western Time). And then a few hours at night. Good times.

  3. Ice/mental/cold? Softcap defense and get 100HP/sec with drain psyche and add on top the stuns from PSW.

    Ice/Electric would be painful. Youre not going to be in melee enough to use the elec end drains very much. If youre that intent on going with an ice blaster though, do it and youll see how little dmg it does compared to fire, sonic, rad and psi

  9. Looks good on recharge and damage but youre going to be squishy as hell while youre not in godmode.

    So this power accepts a ton of damage procs and I'm not quite sure how much I should enhance the power's values, and how many procs to throw in. What is the ideal slotting for this?
  11. Heres the build I use. It is almost softcapped to melee with one application of DA and has a ballzy amount of recharge. Very rarely die on it, unless I'm tired and not paying attention.

    Ice sucks because every attack has terrible damage. Psi is the best because the dmg is delayed so if you time it right you can have several attacks all hit within half a second of each other. Snipes are completely up to the player's playstyle.


    As for rad/em, you don't want to slot the achilles proc in EVERY power. You want to slot it in Neutrino Bolt, and maybe X-Ray Beam (Or whatever it's called). If youre going with a cheap build slot some devastations in the attacks along with as many dmg procs as you can.

    As for MM, like somebody mentioned, it's 2nd but not by a close amount. It can work but EM is still vastly superior.

    Oh yeah, you can slot the placate proc into indomitable will, and the proc is currently broken in pvp so it fires everytime. Meaning they lose target for a few seconds whenever you use the power, and youll be able to hit em with a couple attacks in that time.

    AANNDD psi has longer range than other powersets which is huge.

    So ya know, go with psi/em

  17. I thought about showing up and destroying everyone's face with this in the first match but I'll be nice and tell you before the event. I believe Peacebringers and Warshades can get around the "No travel power" rule by using nova form. Plus with the inherent range bonus in nova form nobody would be able to hit a flying PB/WS. So you may want to not allow khelds (Or tell em they cant use nova)

    BTW: Rad's EM Pulse is just as strong of a regen debuff as PGT

    Isn't the placate proc bugged to be 100% chance? I know it is in pvp, not sure about it in pve
