Set bonuses are the same as enhancement bonuses. If you get, for example, a 3% damage bonus, it's the same as adding the 3% to your enhancement value.

Two is just as silly. That's just a championship game. Go with three (One team gets a bye the first round) if it's a 5 team league. That way the regular season still holds meaning for those sitting comfortable at the top, with no chance of missing the playoffs.

Its damage will be subpar. It can be ok-ish if you proc it enough. It'll never be great at anything but it could be useful for casual stuff.

As long as you hit it when the dmg first starts coming in youll be fine. Phase before heal.

DM/Inv is the most survivable scrapper combination, if you build it right.
I wouldn't worry about psi. -

You don't die.
That's what happens. I'm guessing youre a zoner if you play a regen, and aid self won't help in zone. The plant time and suppression will make you take more dmg than itll heal. Just get phase, hit it when the dmg starts coming in, and then hit your heals. It's not hard. -

Changed some slotting to get you a little bit better values. Added a jav proc in will dom - you need one in all 3 of the opening attack chain. The dam/end apoc isnt really gonna add much, and you dont need 5% psi defense lol.
Only major change was switching the stun and power boost for the snipe and conserve power. CP is handy if you ever get hit by heat exhaust, or happen to be running low for w/e reason. The stun's animation is too long for it to really be worth it IMO. -
Cold/Sonic is good. Cold has some of the best debuffs in the game, and sonic blast is better than dark blast unless youre doing a 1v1.

by the time they reealize you're in phase, and hit phase, and then start attacking you, TS will have worn off and you should be long gone.

here's the build I think I'll be going with. I haven't out much time into it and I'm sure there;s stuff that needs to be tweaked. It's an AoE-heavy build.

Using phase means your emps have to come back to you and top you off. Which will either take away from buffs, or make the emp a little late on the next spike. Obviously phase is easier for the blaster to use, but it makes the emps have a harder time.
Ask your team which they'd prefer. -
Are you playing in zone or in arena? Hibernate is better for arena, but phase is better for zone.
