3 rech 3 dmg all the way. Decoys base acc is high enough, and 3 rech+hasten+syphon speed isnt still enough to make them perma anyway, but better than just 2rech

With my SR and ice tank Ive teamed with both sets separately, and my experience says bubbles bonuses are way higher.

it hits thru power boosted fort, it very very rarely misses. and even if it does miss, oh no u have to fight 2v2

Can't speak about sonic cage, but I can assure you that at least FF's one isn't that accurate at all. It misses all the time on /SRs, let alone powerboosted forti. Of course, playing with an empath gives you potential powerboosted forti too, and some odd yellows before applying cage to ensure it hits is nice to have too. Nothing that a powerboosted forti and some odd lucks wouldnt counter tho.
About playing 2v2, that's exactly what the tournament was about, even when playing vs a cager, wasnt it?

And not to mention its recharge is bloody long, so missing once means you won't be able to cage anyone in a good periode of time.
TBH, i don't find cages more overpowered than RI, TK, ET and many other powers out there. The guys who won, did because they played awesomely and because they had the surprise factor on their side. Everybody was playing blaster/empath duos and their counters. They were the best, unlike someone said on a previous post, at least they were yesterday, and being sportif wont kill you

I like cages, and they are just as fair as any other power imo

you CAN'T give orders to heavies while "only affecting self" from invisibility, phase shift and stuff in the same way MM's can't give orders to pets :P

I'm still keeping the mission. Got around 75% of the badge in roughly an hour, so I guess it's worth saving . Besides, I got way too many alts that could do with the badge too ^^

AVs/heroes can be soloed with a heavy by many builds tho. you just need to pop when it's empty, which happens often
