I dunno, I see Fey and all I can think of is Tushie Shaking. -
Lets see, Strengths... I don't really see many strengths in RP that I have, outside of maybe concepts.
Weaknesses though are many:
1) I have trouble keeping up with chat scroll. Even with the colors on people's names, I wind up missing quite a bit.
2) Typing speed. A lot fo the time I wind up typing slow, and I can't type without looking at my keyboard, which doesn't help out with #1
3) Breaking in. I have a tough time finding a reason to get involved with the conversation or when I do, Its mostly ignored.
4) Long RP. I defintiely have trouble keeping up on what my character should know. I jsut loose track of what is what, especially when I can only be in game every so often.
5) Other's RP. Being a DJ and watching all the RPers around me, I see a lot of good well thought out RP, characters that just wind up having others gravitate toward them cause of their personas, and I find it intimidating, as if I have to be able to keep things at that sort of a level around them.
I know there is more weaknesses but, those really are the big ones. -

So far I just can't stand MMs. I can't manage them, they wind up drawing Aggro at the wrong times, and just can't get into them.
I do enjoy Def's, Scrappers, Corr, Brutes, and Khelds.
Khelds are a neat creature, and it took a bit to come up with a way to deal with the void/quantum problem, but I came up with a tactic that works for me.
I have a Widow, and keep having issues playing it, as I feel way squishier than my Kheld. -

It was a blast to see those that showed up. I wish I could have stayed longer, but was needed for a Cape event that night. Next time I should be around for the drunken truth or dare.

Praetoria is Neutral compared to red/blue, but It is not neutral overal. I think not only is it good for the new lowbies, but the moral ambiguity and fact that Praetoria is a part of CoH lore that we can now explore and learn about, is worth it. Plus the idea that it was built from the ground up with ultra mode in mind is nice also.

Just a warning - decker is about the last type of character I would recommend to a new player.
The current Matrix and software rules are a mess.
And worse, they're generally not used a heck of a lot for one main reason: When it's not a "we need a Decker" situation, the Decker ends up feeling a bit gimped compared to everyone else. When it's the Decker's time to shine, everyone else at the table might as well go get a snack or something while the GM and the Decker's player roll dice at each other.
It's not as bad as it was in previous editions, but most games I see tend to avoid putting in extensive Decker-focused content.
If anything, I recommend having Decking ability as a side focus rather than a main focus. Like a street samurai/decker.

You guys havn't been bombarded with trolls/flamers telling you that you're gay for rping? It seems that since GR launched we're getting a lot of people on Virtue who don't respect other players' choices on how they play the game. I was venturing with a new Virtueian and he kept complaining when me and three others on the team were RPing, in the end the team leader had to kick him.
Of Course I've heard rumors that the goons from SA have invaded Virtue again also, which could account for some of it all. Just keep on doing what you do, and it will be fine. -

I honestly wouldn't post rumors on a time frame unless you have real knowledge, because being off can/will cause even more outrage. People have a hard time discerning from rumors or bull that is stated.
