When I stayed in Australia 3 out of the 4 people I was staying with were as Cynical as I am, the one that wasn't had emigrated from the UK when she was 14. So the natives weren't optimists by nature........ unless Cynics naturally gravitate to each other

I must admit I find Jay funny sometimes and tiresome at others, but that could be my mood as much as his humour.

I get BaB's humour but I don't find it funny, maybe its not rude enough.

Hopefully going forward I'll see what the other red names are like (do most of my forum browsing at lunch time at work and it blocks the US forums but not the CoV ones here (blocks the CoH ones though, I have no idea why)

My thoughts, or a brief view of them, is if DB manages to wake up that the Rad will be good, cause 3 Rads would be perma AM or two rads and one kin is perma AM. This should give perma PA. If DB doesn't make it then the SB would be needed to get the PAs perma.

So if no DB I'd like the kin, if DB is there I dont mind at all

Oh and I hope that Glue Arrow and me Spamming fire cages stops mobs moving around too much, but I wouldn't rely on me

No you cant swap them, I like being Renowned, it's a much more humble title than the ones either side. I dont want to be in a Cartel, sounds too exclusive, and I dont want to be a Legend, I like my feet firmly planted on the ground. But being Renowned sounds fine to me

Oh and taking into account Black Mages comment on the Defender forum I guess he was first reserve and thus in now.

Just means you need to use Taunt more. Not a reason not to play the set. If it was only aggro holding that was important eveyone would play Ice.

Anyway, GA is worse at aggro holding unless they pick up an extra taunt from the presence pool.

Having a level 50 WP/Fire tank I agree its certainly no reason not to play the set. I find it different to the other tanks I tried because I dont have to worry about survival in the slightest just agro. My 6 slotted taunt and fire's AoEs just about take care of it

No but if the left arm has the shield on it Shadow Maul will look daft for a start, waving it around like an idiot. I wouldn't like to see it with DM

Shadow Maul and Soul Drain are definitely two handed animations. Stone Melee has 2 handed attacks and Electrical Melee is mostly 2 handed attacks. I cant see any issues with the others offhand though

If you have a spare slot to put in fast healing then there, but it gives you more regen than health and I have both free slotted, so if I got the drop mine would go in health

Yeah that was a bit annoying after all the fun of building it up to see no actual effect for it (ran through twice and the fight was no more difficult without working on the castle)

I wouldn't bother with weave on a /FA either personally. I'd probably take blazing aura to get foes into the range for spin at least.
