+ regeneration IO and Regn power set

Advise please .. having had a +regn IO drop for me .. which power in the scrapper Regn power set is the best place to slot it ....with reasons please ...thanks

That ways it's allways on and depending on the level of the IO should be working when you exemp for TFs etc

If you have Health, slot it there, if not, slot it in Fast healing.

If you have a spare slot to put in fast healing then there, but it gives you more regen than health and I have both free slotted, so if I got the drop mine would go in health
