I could add an MM to such a team if one is ever required
-
We could run the TFs once the group hits the Maximum level for it. So not a big exemplar but say on the Monday the team hits level 15, run Posi later that week?
That way we don't impact in advancement to those who don't attend, but those that do would still get the merits and the accolades and the like
Also what some people might have called creepy I found a constant source of amusement, maybe I'm a bit twisted -
It depends if we're just aiming for the style of content or not really. I guess Katie is one we'd have to do, and the ITF for certain.
Edit: Oh yeah, and it was a great evening. Two teams running the sewer was pretty cool and then that last room on Frostfire was somewhat insane -

i do agree that it's strange when you see a lvl 50 players that barely knows anything about the game, but then again, that's not the player's fault, that's the fault of bad design.

I love the idea that people are not responsible for their own ignorance, but I've seen too many examples in life to agree it's likely -
I'd vote for a global as one of my accounts is fairly high on global friends at the moment (its not as good as it sounds, half of them have left the game, but I want to be able to see them if they return).
Also people would have to add three accounts just to see me, but if it was a channel they wouldn't -
You're lucky I was on Defiant before GG, there was no one to give me wings (well there wasn't even wings but that's not the point, I want free stoof)
-
OK who didn't shut the door? Or did we leave a window unlocked?
-
I wonder if I can fit in Viking and Gladiator in my enchantress' history some how
-
I've not really got into this whole MA thing myself, well, more disillusioned by it than anything.
Am going to be travelling a bit at the weekend so was thinking of writing a history for this character, although I have some stuff to do for a D&D campaign I'm working on too which I really need to focus on and stop getting distracted by character histories for another game. Hell I even did an NPC's background for a game one of my friends is running rather than work on my own.......... I think I'm not too good at just doing one thing -
As claws you want +recharge as well as wanting it for fire (if you can get it you want stacked followup, having healing flames back that quickly can only be a bonus) By increasing your recharge with fire you also bring Consume back quicker too, which will help with the end issue of firing off your powers more often.
I'm worried if I attempt to do a build I will wind up rolling one as I seem to have a slight addiction to scrappers -
Oh yeah.
The one with the patience and the ability to stand still for long periods of time without any real action then. -
Oh I second that on the Great Devoured, I'd possibly even wear a T-shirt of that as well as my avatar
-
Oh I agree, I joined a team with Mr Z for a review, would a I join a random team doing random missions on the MA? I'd sooner PuG SSTF1
-
I've always seen it, have world detail on 200%, is yours on that?
-
Brutes do have EM, SM and SS which in normal terms all do insanely good ST DPS, but in new PvP terms might do anything at all.
But as you say same sets I'd probably pick the scrapper if it was good burst set and brute if it was one that was better over time (more HPs + Fury)
Could I go with "the one with the better player?" or would that be too radical? -
I think its more the teaming thing than not wanting to do MA. Logged on earlier to steal a name from one of my alts and I did a quick /sea to see if villains was busier. There was a tonne of people in CAD and hardly any teamed........ hmmmmm
-
If I was going blaster I'd probably try and look Legacy Chain myself, cause, well, those guys rock. Fireballs in chain mail, what's not to like
-
I spent 15 minutes submitting something on the support page (which I think needs its own support page, must have been an age since I used it, but I swear last time the damned thing was actually usable)
I hope it got through, I hope it made sense, I hope they give us a decent support page at some point in the future, or even the old one back. Although it does discourage me submitting any problems because I know its going to take a lot of effort and I might try
a) fixing them myself
b) having a drink and checking to see if the problem solves itself. Repeat till problem/sight gone -
heh, guess it helps that I've been wanting an excuse for a dark defender for a while then, and thanks to the defenders forum I know which secondary I wanted so it was easy life
-
You could go with your elementalist thought and have a fire/shield with the ice shield to mix it up a bit
-
Aye, on a character with not great KB prot, no recharge or slow prot then any sort of defence will be nice.
Foes with +tohit aren't actually that common, which means they need to hit you to take away your defence. DE have so much +tohit in their eminators its actually pointless trying to out def them and comes down to actually playing smart instead. -
Rough build that says to me my alt is viable at least (and will give people the idea of what they're teaming with) all SOs cause if it doesn't work with SOs then it doesn't work. May come up with a more expensive build some other time

Melissa Rapture created but not picked a zone from outbreak as yet (have reached level 2 though)

i vote we start in galaxy and do the lowlvl missions instead of sewer run for a change
[/ QUOTE ]
Heh that would actually be the exact opposite of a change for me, as that's my normal start, but I'm easy. No really I am, very low standards just take my ex's........ please, take them -
I agree on this because otherwise MA tickets are more beneficial than Merits, which doesn't really give an incentive to doing Task Forces, or, well, teaming
-
45% in PvE terms gives roughly a 5% chance of being hit.
