It might be easier if you pointed out a few more things that you would like for the build.
Since you're /Fire, it's mainly about resistance and some offense. So I'm basically referring to what set bonuses you mainly want.
A lot of /Fire Scrappers go with; +DMG, +RCHG and +DEF.
I just wanted to point this out. I realize this post won't make a major difference, but it might assist others to form the build to be in a more preferable state for you.
I could also suggest that you create your own build and post it. Then, we could all pitch in and let you know what changes we would make. If you are un-aware on how to create a build for CoX, then I reccomend you download and use Mids Hero Designer.

As claws you want +recharge as well as wanting it for fire (if you can get it you want stacked followup, having healing flames back that quickly can only be a bonus) By increasing your recharge with fire you also bring Consume back quicker too, which will help with the end issue of firing off your powers more often.

Have the dev's mentioned anything about adding Elec armout to Scrappers?
Nope, but I still hope.
I also want a Claw/WP brute while they're at it and a Stone Melee/Fire scrapper. A Dark/En blaster is the final thing on that wish list

I doubt they would add stone melee to Scrappers. Can you imagine having criticals using Seismic Smash! lol

finally i have found a scrapper that i love to play , claws/fire as the topic indicates. the point is i'm not familiar with IOing scrappers.
would anyone post me a build for general pve using , without purples? would be good to have a starting build.
