Dont forget Combat Jumping is the ultimate defence to everything (It's been forever since I said that)
-
That's alright, I signed your name not mine
-
I have no graphics or ram lag from two instances, but my dial up cant hack it really, getting to missions can be a real pain.
-
you have the time it takes them to fall to the ground at the moment to summon a ghost from them (I've tried a bind but find clicking is actually easier for this)
-
I didn't let it be inactive I used Alt tab a bit (I was doing a hiest with my MM, and ghosting a mission with my brute)
-
If I had a decent connection I'd probably give it a go on my one PC, one of those things you'd just want to try (I have run two instances of the game before easily, until the servers got busier and connection made me lag)

Spine/Dark survives if it can kill the foes before it runs out of end, it can do this fairly often, but does cause downtime. A kin friend would really help

I've got 2+ comps and another accout but the problem will be leveling them both with others and them not complaing :S

You're chucking speed boosts out for them and they're complaining? Cant see that happening -

I've known two good Spine/DA's and they both really struggle on end it is normally what cuases their death. So yeah there are serious end issues with spine/da, but they're both amazing AoE killers

I play a Rad defender in hero's, which means I've signed a secret contract that I will take every chance to denounce the term healer. Ask other Rad defenders, we all had to sign
-
If a power set had 50%+ of its powers that were healing base I'd call them a healer. An empath comes close with the three heals and regen aura, but still has more actual buffs than heals. On the villain side no powerset has more than 2 heals in it, I wouldn't say that 2 powers out of 18 (without taking the healing pool) would denote that character a healer

In hoping there will be a next one
Character Name:Frost Wolf
Global Handle: @Cynic
Archetype: Dominator
Powersets: Ice/Ice -
I've finally found a build I think will work, eventually *L* but it's hard work.
The lack of background on the WS is rather annoying, but I will be working on some binds as I think I've come up with something -
Its a bit like saying I spam Ice Slick, thats the level of comparison
-
Aside from the fact that domination gives double mag I'd rather have one very quickly stacking hold than 2 very badly stacking ones, I can get 4 applications of my hold on someone with hasten running, 6 with power boost too, I dont think a MM will ever equal that, oh and you have sings, probably a damn sight better holder than the whole /dark MM
-
Yep I've proven a Dominator can hold a single target better than an MM, I think PG is well out. Durration is no where close to recharge with 3 holds in it, only becomes close with 2 recharges in. Where as Block Of Ice, and GD I assume too, has the same recharge as duration from the start, or close anyway
-
My Mastermind doesn't have it yet, and has just dinged 25
-
I stack multiple Blocks Of Ice, Jack Frost sometimes adds to my holding too.
PG seems way out to me
Oh and back to the Flashfire question, Cinders and Glacier are indeed worse than the duration on Flashfire, of course I always use powerboost before Glacier to make it feel like a real hold -
You think Flashfire is bad, wait till you see how good it is compared to Cinders pre SOs
I guess powerboost really helps my single target hold but its still a good power, and yeah I dont notice the difference to a troller's hold even though I know its 25% -
What he said. The dominators single target hold stacks very quickly, most other villain AT's would struggle to stack. Ice/Dar corruptor would have 3 Single Target holds, that would be an exception
-
I wouldn't be without smoke, so that's my advice
