Is the amended list.
Not sure about drop outs with unions Double XP and all, hopefully still get a full turn out -
I find in team play I only really use iradiate and Cosmic burst from Rad, I can see 4 powers in psi that I would use when teamed, but none of them are as juicey as iradiate (but two of them are better damage than Cosmic I beleive. But not such nice status effect)
Rad is a good set for defending with, just from those two powers, but Psi is a much nicer set for blasting with (single target at least)
I think rad has the AoE edge just. Its a close thing -
I find that laying down TT debuffs enough not to have those extra few points of defence, and I trimmed agile out of my build to include Aide Self.
I'd recomend on getting Lucky whern it becomes available though as I found the wait for Evasion fairly painfull.
I did try tough in a previous build, but cant have that and Aid Self, Aid self gives me more.
Having seen nightmarer's DM/SR in action I must say it is effective and suits his play style. It wouldn't work so well for me but mine was built clearly for a duo and developed into what he is from that -
for PvE I dont think you can beat Elec for its AoEs, for PvP I dont think there's a weaker ST brute set than Elec.
EM is strong ST damage, and nice for PvP, but I'd rather have an AoE brute in PvE.
Fire Melee is actually fairly high ST damage and high AoE damage, but lacks something in the status effects. As in, it has none -
will be running TS for this run too, might make comunication easier, or might make me feel better for working out who to open ports on this stupid BT hub

You know how I was saying I wish I was a Mind/Rad instead.... damn dont you hate it when someone takes something good and makes it better..... and its not you
-
Think I teamed with you a fair amount on villains but I cant remember if I had your global
Oh and welcome back tgoo -
Using Enred IOs rather than SOs makes a big difference to DA and your Fire Melee AoEs
-
Each of those only has 4 points of KD protection, so you'll want 2 of them really (having tested and 2 work fine for PvE, 1 wasn't enough)
Acro is 100mag. Acro rocks, but eats end and takes up a whole power -

The nerf balanced things a bit. But I think it would be better if they have boosted imp's HP a bit or give them some resistance (specially against fire powers).
Anyway, Fire/Rad, Fire/Kin, Fire/Storm and Fire/TA are still very good combos IMHO.
[/ QUOTE ]
Fire/TA has some serious weaknesses. No tohit debuffs, heals or defence buffs to keep imps alive. Imps run from oilslick arrow, or freeze.
The second factor if fixed would make it a great combo, without the second factor working Fire/Ta's imps are squishies and make a good power situational -
Sorry to point that out, the whole survivability thing. Earths got footstomp though, so its not all bad. He can make the screenshake, that has to be good right?
Damn I wish you could have a tank with Lightning Rod. You should see the havok my brute causes, all those piles of bodies -
Inv/Ice is a very safe combination indeed and ups survivability by a lot. You dont see many of them mind you
-
Fire/Stone Melee is the most interesting looking combination. If I had the patience to tank I'd play that combination. Ice/Fire is a stupidly powerful combination that allows you to herd and kill. Ice/EM is probably the most Min/Maxed combo there is and Inv/SS is the most common, because its well balanced and can look fairly impressive

Dont they taste all munchkiny? And how would you get the bits out from between your teeth?
