  1. Lore pets are not affected by supremacy, they are thus not able to bodyguard you and so forth.

I went personally as a Necromancy/Dark Miasma to sorta simple route.
Damageboost Alpha. Well, pets aint supreme damagedealers, extra helps allways and other choices were bit... lackluster. Endurance reduction, unneeded. Raised accuracy? Unneeded aswell.
Fireproc Reactive. Because zombie vomit needs to be dangerous, necromancy perhaps aint anywhere as good with this as many aoe damage pet choices where this is much easier to max out.
Void Judgement with mass pbaoe damage, with half damage for thirty secs. It allows you pretty much soak and sustain allmost any mass combat after you get this off.
As Lore I took Vanguard pets and Phantoms just to keep with charachters theme, they are pretty strong hitters. So the extra damage is definately there, but as no Lore pet is affected by recharge reduction 33 percent max present pets are not going to be anything but vanity/tough spot additions
For final slot, Id di take the status resistance one. With this, me, pets are not affected by status effects and its useable even if your stunned or stuck. Though wise people would have it running on auto, if we didnt run hasten allready.

I liked the thoughts about Incarnate slots focusing on resistances, those could be pretty useful with necrobuild and our unique resistance buttons slotted for pets, plus auras. Especially alfastrike the necromancer itself could be perhaps build around more resistance focused idea than most, as to me often everything seem to rely on defence builds.
  2. I am not going to pick too much little details, people do things differently and all that jive.

I would personally say that do dual slot the hasten with reductions. I mean optimally you might get it run allmost nonstop. This will help alot in summoning Mr. Fluffy and making his fluffygoodness appreciated without break.
Hmm, do you really need so much endurance that your slotting stamina with multiple things that affect endurance rates?

Get rid of soul tentacles and get opressive gloom, its suprisingly good and even better when used in bodyguard mode. It wont kill you as pets draw minimal damage it running and stunning critters.

I use full Aegis set in my patron resistance shield, the status effect duration reduction bonus Aegis's unique button gives is nice.

Your Howling Twilight is pretty heavily slotted too, but I admit some necromancers like using it as a offensive weapon.
  3. I will ask some questions, hopefully they make some sense at best they might induce some thoughts on either parties.

Why have you frankensteined zombies set bonuses? Would a full bonuse to defence from complete blood mandate be useful aswell?
Twilight grasp has maybe little too much slots, I would personally shave one off and use fivepart Nictus, but mileage may vary.
Two slots on Howling Twilight? How often you really need it, maybe slot it with one. Living thin is the way for those loving zombies.
I personally slot tar patch with frankenstein pace of turtle and Tempered Readyness slow/rec/end and last slot with pure +slow. With enough recharge abilities, you can pretty much keep ground patched fine. I dont think you need five slots there, but just my thoughts.
My Shadowfall is slotted bit like yours, except with Luck of the gambler and your spethial defence thingy.
Get rid of gloom, all necromancy damage abilities are utter refuse. If you want to do damage, get a ugh, temporary power gun or get veteran reward sands of mu. you will mostly try to cast dark miasmas healing nonstop and add in between crowd controlling spells. Dont waste five slots for power that does not damage properly, its waste of your skills.
Eventually slot the purple pet damage set, full for Grave Knights.
Use Soul extraction either as you do, or skim it down to only two slots and use it to 'bag' just those resistance and defence uniques. They affect rest of your undeads even if soul isnt extracted.
I used my lich to hold def and resist bags you hold with your soul extractor. Then dual add minimal bonuses for lich for acc/dam from several sets as you wish to frankenstein, the cloud stuff is good there, as lich is an aoe attacker with its powers.

Lose Black Hole, install Hasten with two slots, slotted for recharging and keep it on autocast. It should pretty much perma Dark Servant as your pet with setbonuses.
Unless you really need set bonuses from tactics, consider if its wise to spend to it four slots. Just slot it with two and endurance reduction and spend rest to some other power or possibly set which gives superior or same bonuses with little extra push.

As it looks like your going for defence build, focusing on Scorpion shield.
Some of the powers you dont fancy much or use constantly, switch attention to fighting tertiary pool. Get, donnow kick/punch, toughness and definately weave. Slot weave for maybe minimal defence, but you can with it, comboing it with scorp to raise your defence further.

Another question would be what usually seem to kills you in the missions or out in the world where horrible heroes prey on innocent... hmm working things?
If you need seriously status resistances ponder how to get them, you could go with combat jumping and that path, its thinner in endurance hog way, but seriously when you hit incarnate your pbaoe status resistance field will nullify most of things hurting you. Or guess one would be easy going also with defence builds.

    10 Pet Advice

Disregard my views if you wish, but these are personal thoughts about necromancy and its pets... with pinch of salt.

I dont understand example builds frankensteining sets and add weird procs here and there.
Lets start with basic setting of necromancy pets.
Zombies, you probably could fully slot them with Blood mandate, full set. The set also offers in later levels some nice defensive bonuses to you, which you... need.
Death Knights, slot them maybe with Blood Mandate until you can actually squeeze money/luck to add Soulbound Allegiance there. Full set... period.
Lich, I use him as a baglady to carry Edict of Master : Defence bonus and Soveireign resistance bonus. Rest of the slots I do frankenstein, acc/dam/whatnot x 2, one from sovereign set and another from mandate, hit another acc/dam from mandate and you got minor bonuses. Last slots slot as you wish, maybe even with franky intrests Cloud Senses: Chance for negative energy damage.
The Soul Extraction I do like it, but with my build of necromancy and dark miasma I dont need its extra holds and control powers, so I just slot it with two slots and fit there Call to Arms : Defence and Expedient Reinforcement: Resist Aura.

I know your examples use different secondary, but in some aspect mastermind can be little short on setbonuses that actually increase your defencebonuses from set. So I personally try to avoid frankensteining, min/max acc/damage from multiple sets on one pet, so i dont lose the set bonsues form good sets. Its not forced on either Death Knights or Zombies. And Lich is mostly a mezzing machine.
