Fan Boy - logging out near any TF-giving NPC.
The reward could be a discount towards the purchase of superbase cover art posters. -
I'd love to have options with my Necromancer, Dr. Herbert West. Thematically he isn't the Dark Force type. However, I don't see this as a change that has to be made; my enjoyment of playing Dr West isn't marred by his weaponry.

Mutation Booster, eh? I could see that. What Inherent Power might be fitting for such a set? How about a short range aoe fear toggle. That would help drive home the unnatural-ness of the toon, and ensure the NPC driver knows to clear out of a parking lot inhaboted by a make-believe T-Rex.

I'm a simple guy with simple tastes, but sometimes I wanna make a monstrous looking toon with a head resembling a warwolf, or a coralax, or a pumicite, or a Devouring Earth creature, or, you get the picture. I think some of these heads ought to be available in some way, whether they're part of a Monster based Super-Booster or random costume drops during this year's Halloween event or strictly useable only in the AE toon generator or simply released to all in a future issue.
After all, Paragon City is supposed to be in RI, which makes it Lovecraft Country. I need to have a tenctacle-faced horror or a devolved fishman to add a sense of realism to the game. -
I'm really digging this idea. AE build, with AE levels, AE drops that can only be used for that build, etc. That would stop the Farm Belt Avengers from running amok in Paragon City, throwing off the bell curve for the rest of us.

I know it's been said before, but can we please get illusion and Mind Control for dominators and/or controllers? The potential for these powers to be used for evil makes them more suited for COV than COH, but where are they?

For COV, Necro/Dark MM seems the truest for a movie 'head' vampire. Pity villains can't get mind control or illusions.

I gotta say, I'd be thrilled to see this added to Issue 16, but I can't imagine this being easy to add to the costume creator, unless the entire power set has to have the same effects color.

I agree that the sliding scale SHOULD be available to all, and I hope / suspect that the Science Booster may be included with purchase of the GOING ROGUE box set, just as the MA edition comes with either Magic or Cyborg. I didn't have to buy a new edition to the game to get the Mission Architect stuff; it was a free issue. The big changes are not charged for; the nice-to-have add-ons are all I've had to buy since starting. If I didn't have the money to buy boosters, I'd much rather miss out on things like mission teleporters and sliding scales than not be able to use the AE building or get access to the side-switching aspects of Praetorian's Earth.

Assault Rifles (or other guns) need to be available for every Archetype that has ranged attacks. Defenders, Corruptors, Master Minds, all of them. Trick Arrows and Archery are getting proliferated slowly but surely; how about some heavier artillery?

Aw, it won't be the REAL Blue Side, it will be the Praetorian Earth Blue Side, which should offer great opprtunities to play how you like, but will likely NOT change who our toons are, or what side their on in the 'real' CoX realms.
