Would need to get to no more than lvl 9 (badges at lvl 10 for starters) and no longer than 3 months old (first vet badge )

An alternate idea, getting to 50 with as few badges as possible? That would mean no TFs, little teaming to avoid boss badges, done in less than 3 months to avoid vet badges......what else could we miss out on?

Reading many posts, it's often mentioned that's theres not a lot to do at lvl 50 and then people jump in with the obvious suggestions.....badges, TF's, IO's, PVP etc. All very worthwhile things to do, I myself am a big badge hunter for instance.

But I was wondering, what suggestions could people make for little challenges for themselves to do, be it at 50 or lower, things to do in game that are meant to be hard...or impossible??

For instance....

1. Solo an AV. Many people have done this, so it can be done, but does it need to be on a specific AT? Or build? Can it be done on a Defender? Or a crappy Blaster like mine?

2. Solo a GM. I remember a loooong time ago, Psygon solo'd Lucsa, I think it may have been on her Dark/Dark Defender, but I could be misremembering? Has anyone else done it? Or a different GM? Babbage or Jurassik for instance? Again, does it have to be a tanker?

3. Solo a TF? Again, done at many levels, I know people regularly do Posi, for instance, but what about the higher ones? Or even Statesman TF?

4. Master of..... People have done the Master of Statesman and Lord recluse badges, I'm hoping to get it on Friday but would it be possible to do it on Posi? On an 8 man team? or a different TF? Probably impossible to prove without numerous screenshots and demos, but you'd know in yourself and that would be a hell of a task

5. Weird builds! I tried this with TurtleMan as an example and I'm convinced it can be done, planned on getting all the way to 50 without levelling up at a trainer. Would be possible, with a regular team, but damn boring to solo as it takes sooooo long!! I know Scarlet Shocker had the idea of a team that never died and if someone did, they re-rolled again. What other crazy wacked out build ideas are there?


Those are a few ideas off the bat, but what could you all come up with? What truly wacky thoughts pop into your head? What manic concepts have you actually done??

Personally, i'd be happy if they gave us first option on the relevant names. I'm sure after the massive success of the cossie creator in COH 1 that COH 2 would be equally s good with the same and more parts, so making the cossie would be easy enough.

I like the idea of starting from scratch, what's the point of a new game if you start at lvl 50? Kind of missing it all out then

Would be fun to start Coin from lvl 1 again, go through a whole new game as him. Just as long as I ge that name.

Of course this means we#d have to have enough servers and probably have split into US/Eu again to avoid conflicts :S

I've got it as a bookmarked strip, alongside the likes of PVP, Penny Arcade, Ding, Least I Could Do and others, but I'm always looking out for other good strips, especially they are game/sci fi/genre based!

I actually really liked the miscarriage storyline. Shows the comic strip isn't just silly jokes all the time.

The Blaster/Controller superteam finished their run last night with 7 people all hitting 50 during the night, including my first Union 50, Rockaria

Was a great run, got to 50 in 77 hours in total, my fastest ever and had a blast every week that we did this!

And a blaster/troller teams seriously owns, we wiped through everything in our path......except the ITF we attempted too early
