    Dark/Dark Tanker

    My attempt at a Dar/Dark Tanker. I tried to hit the soft cap for S/L. I did not use Blessing of the Zephyr since the percentages are going to be nerfed by 50% in the upcoming issues. Thanks in advance for tips and advice.

    So I had the same thought last night so I deleted the shortcut from my desktop and created a new one from the COH folder where I put the quickchat/popmenu folders....clicked on the new shortcut and BINGO. So I am assuming that when I was trying to get on the test server I somehow swapped the shortcuts. Everything seems to work fine now. What a mess!

    Well if it worked for you than it must mean I created the folder group incorrectly or in the wrong location.Or the text file is in the wrong place lol.....

    I was logged out of the game while creating the files. Was I supposed to be logged in...create files...shut down game and then relaunch???

    Well I must be completely hopeless.....I renamed it quickchat.mnu and it tells me changing the extension may cause it to not work. I clicked ok. Launched the game made macro..../macro DA "popmenu Sanstone" and clicked on it and....nothing, What am I missing? I believe I am following the steps but I cant seem to get it to work.....Anyone able to make a "dummy-proof" guide or a quick video???? LOL

    So I have made Windows show all extensions and I have

    quickchat.mnu.txt

    Do I simply delete the .txt portion and that's it?

    I have tried many many times without success to make the popmenu for CoH. I went into my c:/ProgramFiles/CityOfHeroes and created the following.....data/texts/English/Menus.Thus making C:/ProgramFiles/CityOfHeroes/data/texts/English/Menus
    I opened the Menus folder and then right clicked in that folder and created a new txt document and renamed in quickchat.mnu

    I opened that up and added the following:

    When I login to the game I have tried the following.

    /macro Dark "popmenu Sanstone"
    /macro Dark popmenu "Sanstone"

    None of these will get the menu to open. I also tried adding:

    when I added this to the top line of the text file as suggested I still was unable to have a positive result.

    Any tips on what I might be doing wrong? I am running Windows 7 if that matters.
