I think most slot for healing in RttC rather than the tohit debuff.

If you do go that route, I would frankenslot for Heal (most important) and end redux.

Gaussian's Synchronized Fire-Control: Chance for Build-up is unique hence you can only slot it once.

No it is not unique. Look at it in Mids. It is merely a "chance" not a unique. Also, Mids would not have let me slot it twice if it was unique. Thanks anyway.
