You might want to try and build your defs up a bit, you are getting 1.88 to all from hide when it is suppressed. And do you have a planned attack chain? If you can get your defs up to soft cap, your 47, and 49 powers really aren't necessary.

Can someone explain the reason for taking stealth with a stalker, I just use an +stealth IO.

Oh, Pine, since this toon will start of with Going Rogue, I decided to play around with the flavor of the month, elec/nin. So far it's really fun, it's not dark but it's fun.

I have used ToF before, on my scrapper, and really liked it, except I would rather have a dmg power instead. If you can fit it in your build, I would suggest a fear set. As you can see Pine and I have been throwing ideas back and fourth. I wonder how my build would handle AV's? Anyway, to repeat pines question, was your defense with or without hide? Would love to see your build, post it for us.

Trying to build a softcapped huntsmen build using cloaking device. Any one know how much def we get off it when suppressed?

You probably won't notice it, we have both come up with effective builds for our play styles. Now I have to work on my roommates builds, a blaster and 2 scrappers. I'm not much of a PVP person, but I noticed 1 little thing I would change. It's a minor little trick. Took the slots from super jump and moved them to sprint. Just leave sprint on and you have your +stealth. pick it up around lv 12 or so, about a lv 15 proc, and it will be there as you level into your build.Never see it done much but if stealth is what you are after, it is a great trick.

I took out manuevers, and added hasten, to help you get an attack chain going. Not sure what you go for, when I get in scrapper lock with my BS scrapper I tend to use what ever power is recharged, lol.

My attack chain will be Sp->SL->Sp->Smite->MG. I should be able to keep that up for a bit, and no noticable gaps. Right now you still have a small gap between SL and Smite, about .16 seconds, you might not notice it. I'll use vet powers to fill holes till I get my build to this point. All in all I believe we both have very good builds to work towards, but mines cheaper, lol.

Are you trying for a max recharge build? If so I think you are right on the money. I looked at it and couldn't find a way to really tweak it with out loosing more AOE def and didn't think that was a good idea. I wish they had purple sets that helped def, we would both be happier.

Nice build, after reading the forums, I realized, rather reciently, that hide gives around 3% def when surpressed, meaning you really only need to shoot for 42's to softcap. Wish MIDS would fix that. You don't need manuevers unless you really want it. That might help you.

I'm going for the attack chain of MG,SP,SL,SP. I'm working on build number 5.Its difficult to juggle everyhing you want because you want everything.

I moved things a bit, made a few small changes. Faster now. Can't get the 5%recharge from doctered wounds, already have 5 of the 5% recharge. Had to put off fitness, unless you think I can get away with no travel power till later. Not ascomfertable with no travel power, or late travel power on red side.

As for 60 months, just got it last weekend, just not much of a forums talker. I don't really like the patron pools, so i mostly skip them. With my scrapper I realy use build up, and Starr-Knight is my IOed out AV killer, have it but barely use it. Since I built for reacharge, I took smite to fill in any gaps in my attack chain. Having a self heal, I figured slotting SL for damage was a better idea, that and its part of my attack chain.And Gift of The Ancients was not very expensive on blue side, and i want this toon to move fast. And with tough I was trying for the end reduction and figured to grab set bonuses over straight IOs.
I think I answered all your questions, I hope that helps you see where I was going. Looking for a pve, fast and deadly toon that can survive. -
Looking to start a DM/Nin, always like an end goal, might save it for Rogue. Not very expierianced with red side, based it on my scrapper, in theme.
